Great Product !
The product arrived on time. It also exceeded my expectations as far as ease of use is concerned. It should be noted this PDU comes without a power cord. Knowing this before I purchased it helped, I read the blog's to realize this fact. Although Amazon did make it easy when ordering the PDU to give the option to purchase the additional equipment including the 1ft. necessary adapters. Amazon should increase the (Pkg of 5 adapters) to two as there are eight adapters needed.Overall, this product is just what I needed. My equipment (Demark) is located in my basement. If my ISP asks me to reset any of my network equipment I can accomplish this task all from my living room PC. Configuring was also altra easy as was testing it. This is going to be one of my best pieces of network equipment. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat !

Great unit, except for limited mounting options
I just got my second of these, and the same complaint I have about the first one is present on the second. They only provide mounting holes for the rack ears on one side of the unit. If you mount the unit the way they designed, you have to reach all the way through the rack to plug in power cables, which isn't always an option. My configurations require the outlets face out, so I've had to fabricate custom mounting ears to accomplish this. Please revise the case design!

Incredible capabilities for the price
I have a number of SBCs on a DIN rail in a server rack that I do development on. For a variety of reasons, these hard crash periodically, making them inaccessible, requiring a power cycle. Running back and forth to the rack is a giant pain, so I've been on the look out for a switched PDU.Unfortunately, these *usually* cost a several hundreds of dollars. Then I stumbled across this unit. I was already familiar with DLI thanks to the Atomic Pi boards, but I struggled to believe this thing would be any good. The design screams retro computing and their website is a little, let's say, barebones. Finally I bit the bullet and bought one. I had to buy a number of power cables to get it up and running in my rack, but for the price, I'm not complaining. After spending a while with it, I'm sold. The aesthetics might scream 1986, and the web interface is web 1.0 Mosaic compliant.. but none of that matters. Functionally, it delivers on everything promised, and a lot more. Seriously, this thing is overflowing with features. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is temperature/humidity monitoring, which doesn't matter to me.

Simple and effective
I use this for my mining rigs it’s perfect for when they go down and freeze I can remotely power cycle them saving $$. I highly recommend for miners and or for servers. web interface is simple setup was a breeze I think the product is under rated but one recommendation is for them to make a 30amp version

Comes with less that I expected
I guess this my be something that I just missed but this does not come with a power cable or even the mounting hardware. Every other PDU that I have purchased in the past came fully ready to set-up, but I also paid a lot more for those. Could just be you get what you pay for.

Seriously!?!
If you cannot use standard cables, how about listing that you will need 8 antique cables from the 1980's to make this thing work. I may work fine, but I can't tell as I currently don't have any power cables that fit the thing!

Great versatile product with EXCELLENT support
I use this product in an outdoor cabinet for security cameras driven by a POE switch and need the option to restart the different equipment in the rack. I asked support if there was a way to "lock" outlets so they couldn't be switched off by mistake as I would then lose communication with the unit and all the cameras.Michael Gillen at Digital Loggers responded right away and soon came up with a great idea and made me a script that monitored the critical outlet and if it was switched off and lost communication, the script turns on the outlet automatically after a set period of time and I also put that script to run on reboot of the unit so it always will be monitoring the critical outlet. The product seems to be well made and as I said, the support is SUPER.Please note that you have to buy the power cable and outlet adapters separately. Here is one example of power cable: Cablelera North American Power Cord Extension, NEMA 5-15P to C19, 3', 14 AWG, 15A, 125V (ZWACPFAC-03) and here are some outlet cables: CableCreation [5-Pack] 1 Feet Standard Computer Power Adapter Cord NEMA 5-15R to IEC320 C14, 0.3M / Black.

Love playing with new equipment and I can get by ...
As a customer with questions this has been a 1 star event. It's been 2 days since I initiated a customer support inquiry trying to get the scripting/autoping function information. Considering this is a LOB device for business that NEED this to function, this is unacceptable. The manual online only has limited information and the PDF URL redirects are all dead. Calling customer service was futile. They guy told me I'd find all my answers in the FAQ page of the product and the downloads section. Hardly the answer I was looking for plus he seemed genuinely bothered by my questions. Mind you, I'm a gear/tech head. Love playing with new equipment and I can get by without reading manuals, mostly. This equipment's instructions aren't as clearly intuitive as you are lead to believe. Why have a manual when I'm directed to the company's website? Flipping thru the website is super annoying because every page seems to have those annoying popup ads that start playing automatically, just annoying as heck. I'm sure once I get the thing going I'll be happy with it, but till then...
