The product looks nice and sleek. It kind of pops out visually but not terrible.The product insert says it can appear to make matters worse as the bugs and such are leaving. However, it has been over a month and STILL flys are everywhere. I clean the problem area, kitchen, consistently, clean and vacuum the floors almost every night and still have them.We live in deep Texas and still see bugs crawling in through the door right next to one of the plug ins. I really don't feel like these work and should have bought the more expensive ones due to recommendations.

At first I thought this was working but a few days after using I saw clear signs of my mouse issue, droppings mockingly right next to where these units were plugged in. I was a sad Panda, I wanted them to work so badly and they got good reviews. Seller did make it right by allowing a return!

Worked good but I had unplug then because they were driving my dogs crazy. I am guessing they heard the high noise. Now that there unplugged the dogs are fine so it had to be them. So even though they are safe for kids and pets I would not recommend getting them if you have indoor pet's.

Could not get rid of mice in my house! Tried every thing repellent pouches and traps glue and snap traps and they kept coming would catch them but no end of numbers that kept coming! Until I tried Briton ultrasonic at first 2 days it slowed way down then no evidence of them! I was so happy I bought 2 more sets for cellar and other rooms! Well I gave them a hard test I put them next to a loaded snap trap wth peanut butter that they cannot resist! Well no mice came Unbelievable! 5 stars they really work just give them 48 hrs! Worth every penny!

So far they seem to be working. In place for about 3 months or so . Not one sign of “ Jerry “ nor his friends ! Mount them low as they perform much better . I was skeptical but they are working .

Plugged one in outside a patio door where the mosquitoes loved to hang out and that was the end of them for the rest of the summer. The outlet is in a covered area.

I'll just start with if you have an insect problem don't bother. After a week the Ants crawl on it while it's plugged in, the flies are the same. The only insect I haven't seen is spiders.

Worked for about a week and now the rats are back and pay no mind to the repellants around the home.Edit: the company contacted me and gave me a refund for it so the way I see it is that it could be worth a shot considering the return policy is so good.
