Enjoyable but I have some critiques
Truly, I would give this book a 3.5 because while I did enjoy the characters and the story, I have a serious gripe with Theodora’s books. I feel like this book was not long enough to fully describe and develop the plot. I like long books and I especially like when books are well detailed. The latter half of this book was rushed. maybe a third of this book overlapped with events that already happened and while I’m totally fine with I wish the newer aspects of story were given the same fully-fleshed attention. The plot/climax was super rushed and Theodora does the thing she usually does by telling us the resolution retroactively. I’ve long accepted that this is a preferred technique of hers but it’s annoyingly as a reader who wants to know all of the details. If this is going to be her regular technique then I think the rest of the story needs to be fleshed out.I like Mika and Rashid’s relationship so I wish their relationship wasn’t so rushed. Theodora did a good job depicting their chemistry but I wish there was more of that before she revved the end of the book it overdrive. I also like the blossoming relationship between Jazz and Faizan and I wished that Theodora pursued that rather the person Jazz is slated to be with but ok 🤷🏾♀️. Overall, this book is not bad I like the characters and they have good backstories but I wish Theodora was more balanced in her storytelling and was more detailed. On a related note, I think the previous book Stone was one of Theodora’s best books regarding plot and character development. The story progression was well-balanced and the characters were dynamic. I would like to see Theodora make more books like that. I think Rashid is close to that with dynamic characters but needs more story development.

Better watch out for that Frying Pan. Lol
I love this book!!!I remember when the accident concerning Rashid and his family happened in Zahir book. And I always wonder what happen to Rashid once he lost everything. So you can only guess how excited I was to FINALLY read his book.My heart broke all over again reading about his daughter dying. Reading that part all over again, I have no words but you can really feel the deep sadness from it.I didn't care for his wife or grandfather, especially reading them in this book.I remember how Zahir kept saying no to the mall, because of the safety. But the grandfather didn't want to hear anything of it. Their grandfather was one stubborn old fool. And Rashid wife was one bitter person who treated her child horribly.Later in in the book, there is a part where Rashid actions and words causes him to look unflavorable. And in fact he loses brownie point with me.Because of the way he speaks to Mika about her son, infront of her son. It's very disrespectful, & the fact that she doesn't call him on it makes me upset. I am very much in agreement with Mika's Younger sister Jazz. When she tells her that she could not believe she allow him to speak that way to her. No one and I do mean NO ONE, would speak that way about my child and I don't say anything back. He's a child and he wasn't doing anything wrong. But Rashid really knows how to make up for his actions & words. And in the end he gains more than just the brownie points he's lost with me.Now there are some scenes where Mika really bites her tounge a lot. But she also puts her foot down on a lot of other things. She really had me laughing a lot in this book. There is a part that confuses me which is towards the end of the book. It felt a little bit rush. And a tad bit unexplain. I had to go back couple of times, since the change of scenery had me extremely confuse. I kept thinking " What the heck. Did I miss somthing. Did I skip over something."I also had questions about Mika husband. But then I realize that all well that ends well.I cannot wait to read Jazz story and it makes me wonder how she and Han meet. I feel that Jazz story is going to be a very interesting one. And I cannot wait!So I am going to end this review with this, Frying pans are very handy in all types of situations. If you dont believe me then watch the Disney movie Tangle. Lol

A Very Good and Sensual Interracial Suspenseful Rommance
Rashid: Her Ruthless Boss: 50 Loving States , Hawaii is a very good and sensual interracial suspenseful romance that earned a rating of five stars. Rashid loss his family in deadly accident that left him broken physically and mentally. Mika is also broken as she is running in fear with her son. Rashid and Mika have a lot of obstacles to overcome before they can find the love they both wanted. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to everyone who enjoys reading very good suspenseful romantic novels.

Great characters ...good book
This author does a good job with this series. Just enough to keep you engaged and curious. Great characters that are well defined. Good leads into the next book.

YES! And we're back!
Alright so after Stone, I was a liiiittttllleeee (read: a lot) worried about this book. Stone was NOT my favorite TT book at all and had me worried about this one, but alas it was just a fluke! Rashid was everything I was hoping it to be and more. I inadvertently started reading TT's series backwards (I started with the Ruthless Triads series and love it so much that I had to find out more about the side characters mentioned in those books) and when glimpses of Mika and Rashid's life were mentioned, I just had to hear more of their story. And it was wonderful!

Great
I really liked this book and would recommend it. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. I was glad the author didn't use God's name in vain. That made the book even better.I wish this book was a movie or TV show. I hated that Rashid's daughter died. I wish she had survived some how. This couple was really great together. I can't wait to hear what they have. A boy or girl or twins. I can't for this book to be on audible, so I can purchase it.I believe Jazz's story will be really good. Wonder who else will appear in that series of love. May Prin's sisters.

Boring
I was disappointed in this one. It was a bit dull with not much action. I guess we waited too long to get the full story about Mika’s background and in the end we didn’t get the full story. What happened after she found the girls? Her husband reappearance felt completely odd. Also as Jazz pointed out to her Rashid has loads of money and has a network so he could have dealt with the threat if he knew what was going on. After what happened to him for her to leave without an explanation was cruel. Her martyr mentality was annoying. Same thing with her father’s meds. She works for a billionaire and is friendly with his wife, I’m sure they could have helped source the cash for the medical expenses without her sister having to do something extreme. I also didn’t like the lack of real brotherhood - I.e conversations between the cousins and friends for 2 years.
