Bought these on a deal and used a few times so far and seem good quality.Saves paying a tree surgeon to trim my hedge every year so easily pays for itself.

This feels nicely put together & I'm expecting it to last. It is quite heavy when you have it at full extension, but it works well.

I was expecting to receive Murray IQ18PSHK 18V Li-Ion Cordless 20cm Pole Saw & 41cm Hedge Trimmer 2-in-1 Kit ,but I actually received Sprint Single 18V Cordless Chainsaw.I was waiting for the Hedge trimmer kit as I was hoping to trim the hedge with it,but now I will need to use my old corded trimmer.I found out that Murray and Sprint are 2 brands for products made from one company.Both brands have Briggs & Stratton logos on all parts,so they come from the same place abroad.On the box of the product that I received there is a sticker with the right model:Murray IQ18PSHK 18V Li-Ion ,but the box is for a different product and this is the reason for the mistake with my product.I will upload a picture of this.The Spring Chainsaw that I received is good quality product and the thing that it is on battery makes it really easy to use everywhere and there is no need of petrol which is perfect.I never liked storing petrol at home.Everything that works without petrol is many times safer and I like it.It still has a little tank for oil,which is only to lubricate the chain.I will still give it 3 stars as I like the chainsaw,but 2 stars down because of the mistake.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

The chainsaw element is excellent and works very well on even thick branches. The hedge trimmer is a bit weak. If you are only trimming light privet hedge then okay, anything more it struggles. The reach is good and the weight is nice and light. Used as a long reach chainsaw it is excellent.

Cannot return when it brakes. I have contacted amazon and Murray one just points youto th eother but no solution after 10 emails and 4 weeks of trying. Says it has a 5 year warrnaty and 2 years with Amazon. But amazon just send you to Murray the manudacturer and Murray send you back to Amazon.

This is a great piece of kit. Used it to remove branches (15cm across) out of a large tree in the garden. Good battery life,easy to interchange the cutting heads. Make sure you keep the saw chain resavoir topped up
