"Stand Back," Said the Elephant, "I'm Going to Sneeze!"

I bought this for my newest great granddaughters baby shower. I used to read this to her mother and aunt when they were young. My goodness, time sure flies but the book retains it's humor through the generations.

This is such a wonderful book! I had a copy that was my aunts from the 90’s. It’s such a fun and exciting book to read with your kids. My boy is almost 9 and still begs me to read this to him!

As a child I loved this book. I purchased this as a gift for a friend’s child. It seems sturdy & the little guy loved the elephant!

My children are grown now but this is still a favorite for them to gift to friends having new babies. I love to read it out loud with different voices for each of the animals.

I love this book. I used to read this book to my daughter when she was younger. Every night we had to read this book before moving on to the next book. Somehow I lost the original. Its the greatest children's book around.

I still have my tore up, broken spine, cover missing edition of this book simply because I LOVED this book as a kid. When I had children I read it to them...they LOVED it. The meter that it is written in is SO fun to read, especially out lout. The illustrations are simple line illustrations alternating from black and white to color. I was excited to see that it has been re-published(?) and that my daughter wanted it for my granddaughter. It is smaller in size, my original copy 10x12 maybe, this edition is smaller, but all the content is there. I will be buying a second copy to live on my bookshelf.

This is one of my very favorite children's books. I still have my copy from ages ago and I read it till it fell apart. I have been looking for a new copy of it to give to my daughter for years. I am very pleased that I was finally able to find this book.

such a fun interactive book held kids attention

Lovely book-took a while to get to me from USA but worth the wait. My dad used to read it to me as a child so it will be well cherished. Didn't even know this book still existed.

This book plus a small stuffed elephant has been my go to gift for new babies in my life. Parents reporting back have enjoyed it as much as the children and the children have grown right along with their understanding of the book. Would I buy again, absolutely.

I loved this book as a young child and have now bought it for my own child.
