Alterna Shampoo and Conditioner Set

I like the size for travel.

Love this shampoo. The bottles are terrible however. First you can’t hardly open then with wet hands. Then once you some how manage to twist the slippery lid open you had to press the bottle against the shower wall to get some product out… get your self some decent bottles and just transfer this product lol.

Leaves my hair fresh, clean, and glossy

I love this shampoo it is perfect shampoo for my hair.I allways get compliments on my hair and people ask me what kind of shampoo I use. The only problem I have with this shampoo is the packaging. I AM 73 and I have arthritis in my hands and I have great difficulty getting shampoo and especially the conditioner out of containers.I keep them turned upside down and rhat helps some but I usually have to press them against the tap or side of shower to get the product out of container. I am not so sure what you could do about this but maybe make the containers a little softer or more flexible. Still love the Shampoo talked to my sisters and they have same problem.

I like it, I don't have to use a lot of product and my hair feels voluminous when I let it air dry. I have noticed that my hair is much shinier and the ends aren't as frizzy. I still use my deep conditioner for my ends because I don't get a lot of moisture form this duo. It works pretty well on colored/ dyed hair too. My hair is purple and normally he color lasts for 2 months l, but with this product I washed 2x a week and the color stayed for 3months. I'm on my 3rd order now

This shampoo and conditioner are great for my hair. However, it's very hard to get the product out, especially the conditioner. Please change the top to have a pump to get product out with. Right now I have to squeeze the conditioner out with both hand on a surface in the shower and then scoop it into my hands. Please change.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Originally my hairdresser sold it to me. I have thin hair and it gives me much more fullness and body. Also I don’t have to shampoo as often because my hair stays cleaner longer. I am a true believer in this product after using it for over two years. You get more bang for your buck because you only need a little to shampoo your hair. I will never go back to my old products after being spoiled by this shampoo and conditioner.

The cap, which I have yet to be able to completely remove to fix the issue, has a very fancy design. Basically, you dial the cap "open" and then invert the bottle and squeeze through the orifice (opening) in the cap. IN THEORY. I am an active person with decent grip strength. I also have worked for one of the most well-known personal care companies in retail, in quality assurance and with packaging developers and engineers. The design of this package for the product it contains is wrong. I can barely squeeze the bottle and once my hands are wet (I assume most people use this in the shower) it is nearly impossible to dispense the conditioner, and the shampoo is difficult. The proper design would have a much thinner bottle wall (enabling it to be squeezed more easily), and/or a much less viscous product. Even after inverting the bottle and shaking the product down, it is still very difficult to dispense. The irony is that this product is marketed for anti-aging, so I imagine the target market is at least as old as I am and if not older, and I could not imagine my grandmother being able to use this product at all. Adding insult to injury, I was not blown away by the shampoo and conditioner performance...should have stuck with regular Pantene instead. Much less expensive and I don't have to have a wrestling contest to use. Product compatibility and package design fail.
