I have a woman's foot size six and chose the appropriate size 6-8 socks. My reason to buy these particular socks was mainly because they are cotton and will not leave black fluff everywhere, and they arrived after just two days after my order. I can also highly recommend them for comfort as they are not tight around the ankle. Superb socks at a good price, and they have my recommendation.

These socks are good quality, wash well and feel great when wearing - perfect for summer.

These socks are lovely and soft and fit lovely. They wash good too.

I bought these on the basis that (a) that they were sports socks and (b) that they were made primarily of cotton. The label say 80% cotton, 15% acrylic and 5 % spandex.. As someone who can't wear anything synthetic on my feet, I can tell you now that these are probably in the 50/60% cotton, 35/45% acrylic in range...Secondly they are very thin and more like normal socks for business wear which is acceptable for that. On that basis they should be around £5/£7 and sold on that basisThirdly they are short and just about cover my ankles.. Pointless!!Very disappointed
