Not the best replacement
I've owned two 300 series air cleaners for a couple of years and have tried all the available replacement HEPA filters available.By far the best, and most expensive, are the original Honeywell filters. If you are a smoker, these become prohibitively costly.These filters are one of tjhe least expensive alternatives BUT - they have a chemical odor that actually affected the air quality in my apartment for 36 hours. If you buy these, air them out before use. Also, smoke fouls these up much faster than slightly more expensive options. 6-8 weeks max.My next purchase will not be for these.NOT RECOMMENDED if you are a smoker or sensitive to chemical odors.

Not that good even for the price
Well, this is the first time I'm disappointed in a generic filter. They are cheap, and they don't really help with smell. I tested them after cooking I went out and left my Honeywell 300 with carbon filter running at the highest setting, when I came back 2 hours later the smell was still there! Now I did the same test with my Honeywell 200 (smaller unit with original filters). After an hour the smell was completely gone and the filters are far from new! So these may be good for removing dust and circulating air, but they are inefficient to remove minor odoours!

unsure if I will buy again
I don;t think this item works, or rather, lasts as long as similar items I have purchased in the past. It looked exactly the same, but after only 3-4 days.it seemed to not filter well anymore,and I had to change filters more frequently. I would say the 6 filters lasted one month. Whereas, other brands seemed to last about a week

Easy fit...well made...doesn't last too long.
In our house with two people and a cat, takes about 3 weeks to fill. The 3M product is way more expensive. This will do just fine!
