Cute, but...
I accidentally ordered two packages of used ones. Was intending to gift one and keep one, but both packages were in such deplorable condition that I couldn't gift one. I decided to keep them for myself. In one package, all the gnomes had their battery packs already un-tabbed. They weren't in a cellophane wrapper. The box had a big sticker on the outside, indicating that it was used. The second package was totally demolished on the outside. Inside, the gnomes were in cellophane and still had their battery tabs intact, but someone had "cleaned" their beards and left a big glob of filthy cotton inside the box. Two of the gnomes had half their beards gone. I decided to make the best of it, since it was my mistake (note to self: don't shop on Amazon at 3 am with one eye closed!). I put the gnomes on my mantel that night and turned on their lights. They were very pretty, but all the lights dimmed to almost off within a couple of hours. Not good. My next step will be to open one up and see if the batteries can be replaced, charged, or just plain taken out. Next year, I may be using them lightless on my tree, as plain ornaments. Too bad, because they are really adorable when lit up. If I'd received new ones in perfect condition and they actually worked for a day or two, they would have been five stars. I gifted them three stars because they are still stinkin' cute lil tomtes.

Nice product
You get 4 cute nicely made gnomes with three 1.5v lr44 button coin cell batteries in each ready to turn on. The light is not that bright (-1 star). Make sure to turn off before going to bed ti preserve battery life. Good value for the price!

Christmas Whimsy
Each year I decorate Christmas wreaths for my daughters and their families. This year, I bought cactus and little gnomes for the wreath that I gave to my family that had lived in Tucson before returning East to live. The cacti were delightful reminders of the landscape left behind. They were sturdy enough to last for years, and a good representation of the real thing, minus the thorns. The gnomes were a special favorite this year. They will graduate from the wreath to the Christmas tree where they will be decorations for years to come. I am pleased to say both the cacti and gnomes were a great value and an investment.

Gnomes Sweet Gnomes
Super cute gnome ornaments for the tree or mantle. These gnomes have knit bodies and long beards, the bottoms are flat plastic and contain the switch to turn on their internal lights. One of my gnomes came with a dead battery but the best all lit up and looked so cute on the tree. Note, you can’t place these ornaments on higher branches because if you do you’ll be able to see the white plastic bottom.

Adorable Gnomes
These gnomes are adorable. I gave one to each of my grandchildren and they loved them. They will probably not be put away with their Christmas decorations as they do not want to part with them.
