Don't waste your money
To anyone looking to buy this printer, please be aware that this printer is useless for printing PDFs of your shipping labels. The alphabets printed are too faded, it never prints the entire page properly. Even in warranty, their customer support is useless. They’ve no clue about their product. They’ll keep giving you random useless solutions & never actually try to check if the product actually has any hardware issue. Its been 3 months I’ve used it, still 9 months of warranty but I don't get any support from their customer helpline. It might be useful in retail shops for barcode printing only, but for alphabets on my shipping labels it is a total useless product

overall good printer but check for service on your area before buying this.
4 months since purchase,so far good no issues. Easy to use and reliable but installing labels is little tricky. You can check on youtube for installation videos. check for the service for this printer in your area before buying. Also this printer may not be compatible with all softwares for barcode labelling,confirm that before purchase. Register product warranty by calling TVS customer care.

Dont Buy it
Stopped working after 1 year, if you contact customer care, they will say its out of warranty. Drivers and setup are not very easy to install. Even after proper installation, it doesnt work

Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt.
Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt and print quality is good. There should be one improvement so that ribbon should not get wasted because if you print two inch label then print ribbon is not utilise fully
