I'd been looking for a massage gun literally for years. They'd always seemed too pricey ($300+). I finally decided to give it another look and was surprised to see so many under $200, so I thought I'd give it a shot.I have had terrible hip and back pain for years, specifically muscular. I get massages once a month, stretch daily, and can't do heavy lifting anymore. I'm constantly stretching and rolling on massage balls. I was hoping this would be a more effective way to target soreness in these areas.Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. It's one of those boxes you don't want to throw out. The inner case was very nice and organized too. Loved the look and feel of the gun itself. It doesn't look like a power tool like most massage guns. This one looks like it should connect to the internet!Operating it is super straightforward - power button on the bottom plus a speed adjustment and a numerical battery power identifier (1-10). Because one tends to use it for such a short time, the batter lasts quite long. I charged once when I received it a few weeks ago and haven't charged it since and it's still around a 7.As for how it's made me feel, it's pretty much been exactly what I was hoping for. It covers far more ground than rolling on a massage ball will. Even though it targets a specific spot, the reverberation helps soothe the surrounding areas. I'm still trying to figure out which speed is best. I've been using it as soon as I wake up nearly every day to ease the pain in my hip and IT band and it definitely makes me feel a lot better.If you've been waiting to bite the bullet, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with this one, all without breaking the bank.

I bought this for my husband. He suffers from chronic muscle pain. He uses every massage contraption you can imagine from tennis balls on the wall to electric shoulder massagers. He’s put so much pressure on the shoulder massagers they have broken. He got this today, on Christmas Day 2020. I also got him a PS5. I am not exaggerating when I say he is more excited about THIS massage gun than the PS5! He loves this so much. It perfectly massages t band, back, and most of all for him, his neck. He was moaning around the house and our 3 year old was asking if he was okay, lol! I highly recommend this for anyone who has muscle tension problems or for athletic people. It releases tension in such an excellent way that no other massage device can. Better than a massage chair in effectiveness. I can’t even express with words how awesome this is for my husband and the relief he feels already. We can cancel the massage membership now!

I went back and forth about purchasing a massage gun for several months and now I wish I would have purchased one sooner. There's a range of guns at various price options, but this one seems to be middle of the road in terms of price and I'm very happy with the quality at this mid-level $$ point. After using this massage gun just a few times, I noticed an improvement in the tightness of my calf muscles, IT band and glute muscles. I play pickleball several days a week so my legs and hips are often tight and sore.Being a female, I like that the handle of this gun is not to bulky so it's easy to hold. It’s easy to use and the various attachment heads make so you can really target specific muscle groups and the depth of massage/relief that you're looking for. I believe it comes with 6 different attachments and I have quickly found 3 favorites. The 10 speed options also allow you to control the intensity. I've found that levels 4-6 have been plenty intense for most areas that I target. In some very tender spots, level 2 is plenty.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this massage gun to any friends or family looking to purchase one.

Allow me to begin by admitting I could stand to lose a few pounds, and some of my neck and shoulder tightness would be solved by being more active during winter. Be that as it may, I decided to take the plunge and buy a massage gun to help keep things loose and pain free. This thing is powerful, probably too powerful for a know-nothing like myself, but it gets the job done. I rarely use a setting higher than "1" and I'm sure "10" could crush concrete. I've only used two of the attachments with regularity (the foam ball that looks like a microphone and the "squishy" one), and they have proven to be plenty enough effective to loosen tight muscles. Give this thing a shot, it's sure cheaper than regular massages.
