The parts are riveted crooked so the whole clamp is crooked. What a let down for a made in USA product.Otherwise it's a really nice clamp and I like the design.

I used these style clamps years ago as a machinist and these are just as good. These are professional grade tools.

I really like these clamps. They are durable, strong and as the name suggests they hold their patron site to the groves is the clamp faces.

Over priced in my opinion. They feel very cheap made.

Open to 2.5 but they're just shy of working inside 2 in channel. Other than that, excellent clamps.Another option is to make them yourself but sometimes time is moneyEDIT: Used these a few months and seemed OK. Then I needed them to clamp a 1/4 in rod to some square stock and lo and behold the friggin groves in the clamp anvils are different!One clamp has a convenient X shaped groove and the other clamp just one groove. To boot, the grooves are different sizes! Of course the return date has come and gone but I'll be damned if I'll buy this garbage again."Made in USA" by some untrained primate! I'll post pics...
