Very disappointed there were no directions .

Just received this steamer today and already I have used it twice. I have started making "Home made food" for my dog. This cooker is solid, easily cleanable and stackable. I really don't need another "appliance" in my kitchen! The top makes a great container for making mixed salad; It probably will be used for a popcorn bowl, too The extra strainer piece will be handy also.I want the recipe book advertised on instruction sheet, but I dont know how to use funny little symbol needed to request one: Please HELP seller.

This product is ok for one person to use, but not for a family. I was disappointed that it started to melt in the microwave after two uses, and I found red plastic stuck to my bacon.The quality and crispiness of the bacon was great, and very tasty until part of the product melted.

I’ve had this for a year now but haven’t used it once, as I have no idea how. This desperately needs some instructions, maybe a recipe booklet showing the most basic things it’s supposed to do. However, having now seen the pictures of it melted and mangled, I doubt that I’ll be trying it even if I found recipes. It sounded amazing, but sadly it has fallen into the “too good to be true” category.I really need to remind myself not to get my hopes up too much with items like this. It would have made my life so much easier - fresh food in the microwave! I’m disabled and end up eating a lot of junk that’s chock full of preservatives and suchlike, because it’s quick and cheap. It can cause muscle pain and inflammation after eating (fibromyalgia can be pickier about food than the most defiant toddler), and I’ve resigned myself to the idea of food being painful.Regular cooking can cause flares too, with too much time on my feet preparing and cleaning up. Just not worth the pain. Naturally I was so excited about this microwave cooker. I could eat fresh food instead of the stuff full of chemicals, without over-taxing my body! Eating wouldn’t have to hurt! It would have been a big change for the better. Apparently, though, it’s simply not meant to be. Maybe someone will take this excellent idea and create one that works. I’d be the first in line for that.

This product is exceptional and I can't say that enough. This cooker is incredibly easy to use and I love that the website offers recipe ideas. Sometimes you'll see a product that has a few pictures or descriptions on what it can be used for, but Kitalma follows through by making sure you truly know what uses you can get out of it. The color is stunning and a great addition to the kitchen. In this day and age, many of us are very busy and it is so nice to be able to have something created for us to make our daily tasks either a little bit easier or a little bit quicker without sacrificing quality. This is a surprisingly well made product and really easy to use. I made the meatloaf recipe that comes with the product and it came out really evenly cooked, tasty, and my kids said it was the best I have cooked.This device has so many options, I’m sure it will get used often I our house.It also cleaned up much easier than the metal pans we used to use.

I found this multi microwave cooker easy to use. I like the way it is packaged together and the time saving cooking ability it has for a busy person. I made a frittata very quick and easy for a rushed morning breakfast. I would suggest that there is more explanation on all the individual elements that comes in the cooker. You can obtain more recipes and uses of the individual parts on the sellers website but I would have found it useful for the website info to be in larger print on the inserts and/or adding a little booklet explaining the proper use of the individual pieces that come with the cooker. This is a great gift for those who use a microwave oven on a regular basis.
