Great value drift set
Overall this a great set of drifts with a basic press for installing bicycle bearings. There's a nice selection of drift sizes, a decent two handle press, and it's all nicely packaged together. The finish on the drifts is good, all the machined services were uniform and clean, though I had a few rough spots near the labels etched into the anodized finish. For a home mechanic, I see this kit lasting for years; in heavier applications, I expect the aluminum press handles will start to wear prematurely. The case is a little flimsy and the drifts might require some persuasion to fit in the foam, but it DOES all fit and packs up nicely. All the bearing drifts use the bore diameter so even the biggest weakness (the press handles) could be eventually replaced with a trip to the hardware store or a fancier assembly from another manufacturer. All this being said, you could easily spend 2-10x more putting together a piecemeal kit from somebody like Wheels or Enduro and not be any better off. Easily recommended for any advanced home mechanic or even a shop looking for an inexpensive set of drifts.

The all thread piece is some weird thread pitch
This kit was pretty cheap and worked fine for the bearing replacement on my 2009 Specialized SX trail. The baring press cups are all machined well and have a nice anodized finish. The box is fine but cheap, so don't expect it to take a beating in your truck bed. The handles are just threaded on so a dab of blue loc-tite on them is the best way to keep them from spinning out or getting lose as you torque down on them.My gripe with this kit is the all-thread rod. It's small and I bent it a bit when doing the main pivot bearings. They are pretty chunky bearings and require a decent amount of torque to set. The rod bent a couple degrees and is now pretty much worthless. It's non hardened steel and some weird thread pitch that I can not figure out. Almost like an ACME thread or something.I can't complain that much. I knew going into this kit that costs were cut and I was taking a risk. If the all-thread were hardened steel or even just a standard thread pitch of some sort, it would be a great little kit for the hobbyist or light side work mechanic.

Cheap and terrible
Bought this last year. Rod was bent. Then one side of the mechanism became jammed and no longer moved down the rod. Cheap and poor quality.
