It was a little difficult to install my Apple Watch charger. You have to make sure the charger cable is in the device’s notch inside the case for the watch charger. You also have to make sure to attach the cable to the connection inside the box before jamming the charger cable into the box. Once you do that the Qi charger works well for an iPhone 8 and 3rd generation watch. Great value!

It would be perfect if it charged my Samsung watch, but unfortunately it doesn't. It does charge my phone very easily and pretty quick.

UPDATE: Amended my review to 5 stars, because customer service worked very quickly to send me a replacement. It now works as intended, charging both my phone and watch without issue. I’m very happy with the product and customer service.OLD REVIEW: It won’t charge my watch and phone at the same time. As soon as I put my phone down, my watch starts a loop where it’s as if it’s being connected and disconnected from the charger continuously. It stops only after I remove my phone.

Nice product. I like the separate USB block that is used for the Apple Watch charging that can be unplugged and plugged elsewhere. It doesn't come with the cable so you will need your own watch charger cable, which goes into the block, but the box keeps the cable neatly organized.

Bought this charger as I was looking for a charging station that charged both watch and phone at the same time. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in the product thus far. Fitting the iwatch charging cable into the case was a pain but once it was in the iwatch charges just fine now. As for a phone charger this product is a joke. As the description stated I bought a 20w charging block since the original Apple charging block won’t work. When the phone is placed on the charger it says it is charging but after 6+ hours on the charger I take my phone off with the exact same or sometimes even lower battery power than when I placed it on… no apps running in background or anything like that and I will check throughout the night to see that it still says it is charging. Overall the idea behind it is nice and other than the iwatch charging cable setup pain and the absolutely terrible iPhone charging power this charging station would be great but until those issues are addressed it is a one-two star product at best.

When I purchased this item, my daughter was not sure as to whether or not she would use it. She finally set it up and used it. She has informed me that she should have used it from the start. She loves it and has no problems with it. Thank you

Works very well for my iPhone 12 max pro even though my phone is within a shock proof case & as well for my Apple Watch! Worth the cost! Looks attractive in decor! Seems sturdy! The only dislike is when connecting the USB charging chord for ones watch when placing the unit together! That takes a bit of figuring out when hiding away any chord! Once it’s together it’s awesome! Would I buy it again? Yes!

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido gratamente, lo compré para probar, y ahora no uso otra cosa.Puedo cargar mi iphone 11 pro y mi apple watch series 5 a la vez.La verdad es que carga bastante rápido, no como el cargador de carga rápida de iphone, pero casi.Me ha encantado que es bastante pequeño, muy bonito, discreto, pero funcional, apenas ocupa en la mesilla de noche.Tiene un pequeño led que se enciende cuando se pone el movil, que no molesta de noche, a mi al menos.Ah, el cargador del apple watch no viene incluido, tienes que usar uno tuyo, sin embargo la base de carga si que es inalámbrica.CONCLUSIÓN:Excepcional base de carga para apple watch y móvil, con las tres B, buena, bonita y barata.100% recomendable, dudo mucho que te vayas a arrepentir, si estás buscando algo de este estilo.

Super SAV.Le chargeur est super, joli design, très pratique. Ça change du câble basique qui traîne sur la table de nuit.Au bout de quelques semaines, il fonctionnait mal, charger soit la montre soit le téléphone. J’étais déçue. Un coup de malchance sur cet appareil. J’ai laissé un mauvais commentaire évidement. Et je le modifie aujourd’hui car j’ai été contacté par le SAV par mail, et ils m’ont proposé de m’en renvoyer un gratuitement que j’ai reçu le lendemain une fois que j’ai accepté leur proposition.Quelques semaines après utilisation du nouveau, tout va très bien ! Je recommande, ça peut arriver d’avoir un produit défectueux, mais avec un SAV comme celui ci, rien à dire 👌

Let's keep it short, this charger pretty good and does the job. Why?:- Modern design, sleek but functional- Fast wireless charging for phones (if you use the correct adapter)- Ingenuity in the watch charging dock, I have not seen a design like this before- The watch dock can be removed and used separately, perfect for travellingThings for improvement:- The side that the watch dock plugs into could be a little smaller- The USB C port could be deeper so you can push the pad against a wall without having the cable bend too much- Maybe have a bundle that also includes the correct adapterOverall I'm happy with my purchase and this wireless charging pad suits my needs.

Update 20.12.2020An diesem Kundendienst könnte sich so mancher noch was abschauen. So zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert - ich sag nur einfach lösungs- und kundenorientiert. Das Gerät wurde ausgetauscht und funktioniert nun einwandfrei, ich bin total happy, einfach top!Ps.: Das mit der etwas kniffligen Montage des iWatchmagneten bleibt aber na ja, mit ein wenig Geduld funktioniert alles auch richtig gut.Update 9:12.2020Leider läd die Ladestation nur noch meine iWatch und nicht mehr mein Iphone 12. Da ich von ESR bis jetzt immer total begeistert war, bin ich jetzt umso enttäuschter. Muß das Gerät leider zurück schicken, schade!Grundsätzlich kann man gegen diese Ladestation zu diesem Preis nicht wirklich was sagen. Sieht solide aus, einzig - und das hat mir echt Nerven gekostet: den Magnetteil für die iWatch in die Gummihalterung zu bekommen ist wahrlich kein Kinderspiel und verlangte mir einiges an Geduld ab. Jetzt passt das Ding aber perfekt und meine Uhr ladet ohne murren. Auch das iPhone 12 bekommt ordentlich Saft ab, vorrausgesetzt es liegt richtig auf dem Ladepad.
