Fits good and my kid says it feels snug. She hurt her knee playing gymnastics on the playground. This gave her more support, and comfort. Feels good and fair pricing.

My son and I play a lot of tennis so every now and again he'll run on the court and he'll either stop/land on his leg a little funny or if he's goofing around with his younger brother he'll bang his kneecap sometimes. He was really looking forward to trying out this knee brace and boy did it deliver. He went from having a sore knee and complaining to not even mentioning any pain any more. He'll throw it on after he gets home from the courts and it provides a nice amount of support for his knee. The nice thing about it is it's so easy to use he puts it on himself. Overall, the knee brace is made of a nice fabric material and the velcro straps do not come undone which is a plus. In addition, he hasn't complained about the knee brace being uncomfortable or trapping heat so it appears the fabric is fairly lightweight and breathable. This is a great option for a kids knee brace.

My daughter is scheduled to have an MRI tomorrow for a skiing injury she experienced a while back and hasn't fully recovered from. I figured this could help since she loves being active and playing different sports (her current favorite is rugby). She is now 12 so I wanted to make sure I was getting a brace that would be small enough to be useful for her since most of the ones you see are designed for adults. This one is definitely designed for children. While it measures the six inches listed in the description, it looks to be way too small for her. She is able to put it on, but the hole in the middle is too small and it just doesn't look comfortable. Having worn a brace myself for a good majority of my active life, I'm opting for another product. That being said, it does seem like it is well made and would be easy to care for. There is one support bar inside it, right behind the knee. Because of the size, it's just too small to have one on either side so I would imagine it's not as comfortable or quite as supportive, but it's the best you could probably have given the size.

Description says it's for a child but it didn't fit on my 13 year old daughterI'm disappointed because she needed something a little more supportive than a compression sleeve type brace and I was hoping this would be it. It does look like it'd work decently well if you can fit it. seems flexible while providing support that can be adjusted with the velcro strap.

For the active kid that jumps around lots, does ninja classes and biking and need extra support around the knees

This kids knee support was simple to put on and wear but my kid didn’t like that the material was uncomfortable. The knee brace provided good support and it worked as it should, there was a little slippage that occurred but there is some to be expected since it’s a flexible brace. Overall this brace provided my kid the knee support he needs but the brace had material that was not so comfortable for him so I’ll need to explore other knee braces for my kid.

May want to double-check the diameter of your kids knee before getting this - it seems small, even for a child-sized one. For younger kids this may work, but for older kids (or those with muscular or larger legs) this will be too tight or simply not fit. I do like the idea and we did find a child that this fit well, but if it were made to be a bit more adjustable, or error towards slightly larger legs it would've been better for us. All in all, a good knee brace - if it fits!
