The media could not be loaded.  I was planning my sons birthday party using a party rental company... it was a carnival in my backyard and before I knew it between the inflatables, the tent, tables, chairs, games, water slide and fun foods the quote was close to 4,000.00!! So I came to Amazon to see if I could buy any of the things I was renting for the same or less, at least if it was the same I could use it again!Turns out the popcorn machine and cotton candy machines were in scope to do that... this is a great little machine and definitely makes cotton candy but that’s exactly what it is... little. I had 32 kids in my back yard screaming for cotton candy and this machine couldn’t keep up with the demand.... I tried to pre-batch the cones and lined them up in a cone holder- then I turned around and they were all melted 🤦‍♀️ So you have to make the cotton candy on demand... this machine is great! If you’re having a smaller party of 5-8 kids, or a dinner party where you want to get creative and incorporate cotton candy into a desert strategy... but for larger parties or big events you really need to go industrial and that’s not what this is. That said, super user friendly... easy to assemble, easy to clean, if you read the directions it’s easy to quickly generate cotton candy.... don’t assume you just pour the sugar in as someone trying to help out did... it does nothing lolIt’s important to measure and put the sugar in the CORRECT area of the machine! It comes with plastic cones- I recommend buying the kits that have multiple color/ flavors of cotton candy with paper cones... the cotton candy sticks to the paper much easier. Over all I do recommend this product :-) happy customer

The media could not be loaded.  If you do the 10 minute warm up prior to the first batch, then it starts making cotton candy almost instantly (with hard candy) and within 30 seconds (with powder). I think the other possible mistake is that the chamber that holds the candy has two cut-outs on the bottom stem that line up with protruding pegs on the post of the heating area. If you don’t push the chamber down all the way so that the pegs are at the top of the cut-out, the chamber will sit too high and I suspect it won’t be close enough to the heat to work. The machine is very quiet if the collecting pan is rotated so that it is in a locked position. If it starts to get loud, rotate it a bit and it will get quiet again. When set correctly, it only makes a soft hum. We made 3 cones after the initial preheat, pausing only to stop and reload the candy chamber, and it took less than 2 minutes total. Cones are small, but for kids, that’s fine by me. Clean up is easy.

The media could not be loaded.  Great cotton candy maker. Easy to use. And it was surprisingly very quiet. I watched YouTube reviews and decided to try it and it turned out great. I haven't tried hard candy yet but I did buy sugar floss separately and it was nice. Like the instructions I heated it up to 10-15min and then only used 1 scoop (I used the scoop that was included with the cotton candy maker) and it made a good amount of cotton candy. It was very fun.

I got this as a gift for my niece and nephew. That have since used it a couple times and it was very easy for them to use (with a little supervision). It is fast and uses an array or sugars or hard candies

I have tried several home cotton candy machines and they never seem to get hot enough to make the floss soft and fluffy it always feels brittle or dense. This machine is a game changer! It took me 2 or 3 trys to get use to it but everyone including my 5yo cotton candy snob loved the texture and said that's the machine keep it!

After a little practicing, we were spinning cotton candy like pros. Initial heat up, clean out the tray every once in a while and you're good for the whole party. The kids loved it. I was surprised how easily it cleaned up.

Was so excited I found this. Grandkids fight over candy so thought this would be fun. Anyway can only use couple hard candies at a time which yields out very small amounts of cotton candy. So to get a full thing of it u would prob need 20 candies and an hour. Seems extreme. If when i go there and mess with it and try my idea i will post and let u know and upgrade the rating.

I do really like this machineBut I will say it’s a bit hard to clean the part that the sugar / candy goes in.Using sugar - it makes it nice fluffy but slowly.Using candy- at least the candy I used - it made it really fast but the cotton candy wasnt fluffy and very stuck to itself.My kids do love the machine, but if you were going to use this daily or very often, another machine may be better. If it’s a once in a while thing, then it is worth it.

Made cotton candy from regular sugar, just mixed a spoon of regular sugar with natural color in a small plastic bag; run the burner for 10 minutes stop and added sugar and switched on then rolled out nice pink color Cotton Candy.

We love the luxury of being able to make cotton candy whenever we crave it. It's fun when kids come to visit, they all leave my house with tummy aches, lol. No issues with the machine, it's been used a lot. However, I wouldn't expect it to work for hours at a time. The only issue I have is to make a decent size cotton candy it ends up touching the element because the case around it is too narrow. But, it's a minor issue, we just make more.

Brought this for my niece's 8 & 10 yrs old. It works way better than I thought it would. We bought the cartons of floss sugar and it makes a decent size bunch. Taste just like what you get at a fair. They have so much fun using it. I would highly recommend this little machine. Easy to use.

Didn't work well and broke after a few uses. I did get a full refund, though. So I'm happy about that.

Machine showed up and had signs of the tamper sticker being removed and stuck back on. Not sure what to think of how clean/secure the machine is. No way to message them besides writing a review, little frustrated at the process to contact them.
