This product delivers on every level. The design is excellent, it is what drew me to this no electricity bidet toilet seat. It fits perfectly on my round toilet. The seat was easy to install (according to my partner who installed it). It works perfectly. We did have a hilarious moment while learning to adjust the spray, without anyone on the seat. But after a few minutes of practice, actual use is amazing. I wish that I had one of these years ago. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.Update: The flap that covers the two sprayers fell off. It got flushed. So that happened. It does not affect the use of the bidet, but will require more attention to cleaning since the nozzzles are exposed.

This is my first bidet so I'm no expert. For the price (which I recall was discounted $20) this is possibly a great middle ground between paying several hundred dollars for one of the more advanced similar products and a basic toilet seat.There are several reviews about leakage. I experienced no such issue and would observe these could most likely be caused by faulty installation and the fact that the high quality valve that connects to your tank could strip the plastic thread of the fill valve if you are not careful. In general, well constructed and the plumping connections are decent quality. However, the seat itself is largely plastic construction and the the little flap which covers the part of the bidet when it's not in use is very flimsy - it was actually half hanging off when I received the unit and I had to gently push it back in and realign it. It will be interesting to see how this holds up over time. But the price is very reasonable so the 4 stars are in consideration of the price.PROS:- Economical alternative to more expensive models.- Very solid feel to the controls.- Good quality plumbing connections- Powerful stream under number water pressure.- Seat is comfortable enough and the slow close function works very well.- Does not require power or batteries. Fairly simple installation if you know how to do basic plumbing connections.CONS- All plastic construction of the bidet itself. (The plumbing connection is metal with a quality braided steel supply line.)- Flap to conceal bidet spray not well designed - prone to fall off as well as to stay open.- Limited functionality. (but pretty much what most would expect with a bidet)

I'd bought an attachment previously, and had issues with leaking (probably my own fault, as I'm not good at all handiwork). It has zero leaks. it is easy to use. It stays cleaner than the bidet attachment we previously had. It looks very clean and pretty.On the plus side, we have all the above. On the slightly negative side, I didn't realize it was a molded plastic seat, with slightly raised edges. I sometimes feel those when I sit down, which makes it not as comfortable as my older wooden toilet seats. But that's a very personal thing, and it doesn't take away from it overall.I'm very pleased with it. Great bidet toilet seat.

Having breast surgery so needed this to wash my ...... My sister installed this after watching the video. No issues with the install. First time I used, had to much pressure and ......WOW got a thorough clean. Next time turned down the pressure and it was just fine. Live in the midwest so the water is cold in the winter and my bun is chilled for about 5 minutes after use. I would like the COMPANY to come out with an attachment to add a HEATING ELEMENT for those cold winter days!!! I also would like to see the toliet seat made out of thicker plastic like the normal ones are. This works fine but is not really comfortable to "read a book" on. I'm also a senior and heavier than I was when 20 and the heavier seat would help.

The bidet was easy and straight forward to install. This is a huge plus. However, we have two major issues:1, the design is such that the controls are far too close to the seat. Only our children are small enough to not accidentally push the buttons. And if you are even somewhat overweight, forget it. You’re going to reach under your thigh to control it. If you forget to turn the knob off when you are done, next time you sit in it you’re butt or thigh will push the button, giving you an unexpected spray in the butt.2, and this is the more annoying, the spray is very weak even at the highest setting. The $28 bidet we had before had much better pressure. This bidet is a sufficient to get the cleaning job done, but leaves more pressure settings to be desired. The strongest it goes is about where I would expect middle of the road would be.Overall, we like that this bidet is built into the seat, leaving it flat or low profile rather than going under the existing seat and adding a tilt. But for three times the price of our last bidet, we expected at least the same functionality. We gained a lower profile bidet in exchange for lower pressure and controls too close to our butts.I would not buy it again but also don’t quite feel like returning it. We’ll keep it, all the while wishing we would have gotten a better one. Maybe should have sprung the extra $40 for the competitor we were looking at one Amazon.

I've been wanting a bidet for a long time and when it came time to upgrade my toilet seat I found this one and ordered it right away. Came perfectly ready to install and I was able to hook it up in about 15 minutes. No leaks and works great. The seat opening is large. The handle is easy to use and looks very streamlined. What else is there to say, it's a freaking toilet seat that cleans poopy butts. Works great and easy to install. I'm taking it with me to my next place ha!
