This coffee tasted very much like a dark blend to me, heavy, strong and slightly bitter. My preference is for a medium blend, which I ordered, but this brand’s medium tastes like dark to me. Didn’t really care for it

Surprisingly, really impressively good for the price and general "off the warehouse" coffee beans!No, seriously. Just get the temperature right, and you can make a decent, albeit not particularly interesting, drink out of this. Mild, balanced, faceless, okay.I used it as a filler between custom batches I get on subscription - and it fit the bill and the space quite well.

I like Jumping Beans screech flavoured coffee, so I figured I would give the east coast a try. Not a bad coffee, didn’t think it was that great but then it grew on me and I’m reordering it.

I was hoping to get their light roast but this medium roast had a much lower price. It looks like a medium roast whatever else it might be described as. I like the coffee I have brewed with these beans. I don't like dark roast, this is as dark as I like. I will buy it again if the price is right, that is, if it is lower than the coffee I get from local roasters. I try to buy beans that have been roasted within two weeks but that's not possible when going online. For me, Jumping Bean coffee is a premium brand for online coffee.
