Perfect tool to train Knees' Range Of Motion
My wife just had a knee replacement. This product is proving to be perfect for her daily exercise routine to regain her Range Of Motions. It works well, easy to use...I ordered two packages to have it around the house for anytime exercises.

Quality Build/Sturdy Sliders
These sliders are nice and sturdy, they blue color is nice too. The plastic side has good material thickness, and the fabric side has a sturdy foam. I use mine on Vynil floors and they slide well without being overly slippery, this allows for a good offset in weight distribution between non sliding and sliding leg. Easy to use, good size for foot placement without being too small or too large.Got them on a deal, so definitely worth the cost.

Gets the job done
I need these to do my physical therapy exercises at home. My foot still slips off of the disk, which is annoying and keeps me from doing my home therapy sessions. But the products works as described. Maybe the circle should be a bit larger for those of us with larger feet.

Work as intended. Using to regain mobility after surgery. PT uses furniture sliders and these do the same thing but are better quality.
