8 months ago I would recommend this product to anyone. However I recently purchased this after not being able to because it was sold out. I don't know what they changed but this preworkout tastes HORRIBLE now. It doesn't taste like fruit punch, it has a chemical taste more then anything. Im a huge fan of the ImSoAlpha brand and love their vegan protein powder. If you can get past the taste this is a great preworkout it gives you energy without the jitters. Im disappointed because this was one of the best preworkout you could buy on the market, but IMO because of the taste its no longer worth it. I find my self wasting time before working out trying to finish it. Since I love the brand I plan to try the grape flavored next, but if it has the same chemical taste ill be sad and will have to go to a different preworkout.

I've tried other name brands and received very positive feedback on IMSOALPHA products. That's why I decided to give this Pre-Workout a try. They claim to use only high quality ingredients which I don't question. However there was absolutely no effect and I didn't feel the pump that i get from other Pre-Workout products. The taste is absolutely amazing and that is the only reason I give it 2 stars. It didn't work for me...

Working for me... my workouts happen in early mornings and this pre work out seems to help! No "skin crawling " feeling or crash later in the day!

I like it because he came one time, Can I use pre-workout for Lifting weights

Made me feel funny. Gave me headaches.

Decided to try something different and this has been the worst pre-work out I've ever had. The only thing this product was able to accomplish was to give me the SH*TS. I felt zero energy, zero focus, and zero pump...even after taking two scoops. This did not meet any of the standards it promised.

10 out of 10 best prework this recently just bought my third bottle can’t get enough. If u want the best pump u can get this is it.

I use this stacked with Creatine, no2, and a fat burner and I absolutely love it. I'm used to using other pre workouts that give you that jittery pump which I honestly don't mind either but it's nice to feel a clean pump and gets your mind prepared for the everyday intense workouts.
