Works perfectly to hang my exhaust to the garage ceiling. I would recommend getting some washers for the screws, just to add some extra distribution since the screw heads aren't much wider than the holes. Also, these screws are FAT so make sure you have a large enough drill bit - I used a 17/64 aka 8mm bit. Using a driver instead of a drill made it much easier to get the screws all the way flush.

I twisted two of the accompaning bolts off. I went to home depot and bought stainless steel bolts. No other problems after the tinker toy hardware.

What can I say? I mounted this thing to an exposed rafter and hung my heavy bag from it Work it almost every day.The mount is sturdy. No complaints.

It's strong, sturdy and easy to install. Used it to hang my 150 lb may thai punching bag and so far no issues with regular use.

I wanted to support a heavy bag between two rafters so I built a bridge out of 2x6 and some metal strapping. The hanger bolts lined up well enough with the metal strap for it not to be a problem getting everything locked down tight.

Worked great for a heavy bag and as a pulley for cable and trx exercises

We got this for a Muay Thai punching bag. Works as intended. No complaints.
