King Arthur, Mix Cake Yellow Gluten Free, 22 Ounce

I bought this for a birthday and it was a hit in cupcake form. I also used some for pineapple cake and it worked very well. The texture is very similar to standard flour based mixes but it’s somewhat denser, chewier and moister.

I've had Celiac for over a decade now and this is the best yellow cake mix.

A very good substitute for a yellow cake mix.

We made a pineapple upside down cake with this cake mix. Granted it is a bit pricey but it's the best Gluten Free cake I have ever used in the 20 years! It will be the only cake mix that I will purchase going forward.

This cake mix is beyond amazing for a gluten free cake mix. I also make it dairy free by using almond milk and dairy free butter. It is delicious and so easy! The texture is spongey but soo moist. Not dry at all. Flavor is also amazing. The box calls for 4 eggs but I always use 3 eggs and add a little extra almond milk. About a 1/4 cup extra.

I purchased this and the chocolate cake for my son's first birthday (we all have a gluten allergy).So far no gluten free products I have tried are exactly like their gluten filled counter parts but this product did pretty well.It wasn't as fluffy as I had hoped it would be but I did get several compliments about it's taste and texture.If you are looking for a good alternative to gluten filled products, I would give this a try. It was considerably better then the Betty Crocker option available in stores.

This cake mix just turned me! I used to always make my cakes from scratch but then I bought this to bake a cake for my gluten-free friend, and oh my! It is sooooooooo good!!! I would say it is a little pricey for a cake mix but that may just be the going cost for this type of food, and with a taste so heavenly and ridiculously good, I think I am a convert! Now I can't wait to try the chocolate one!The resulting cake was moist, tasty, delicious, and you could not tell it had come from a box!!!! (I'm salivating just from the memory, as I write this).If you are in the market for a gluten-free cake mix, go for this one! You won't regret it! Oh, King Arthur, Royalty is thee!
