Order TRUE to your measurements!!!
No matter what order true to size! For reference I have a 44 inch waist, 52 inch hips ,and a 46 inch under bust and I ordered the 2xl.When I received the item I was seriously concerned because it was so small and quite stiff and did not seam like it would stretch enough. The first time I put it on it took me a hot minute to get it up to my hips and then my husband had to help me get it on the rest of the way. With some serious breath holding and man muscles I got it on finally! Once i got it on it was quite comfortable. I left it on for about three hours to let it break in a little. The next morning I was able to get it back on myself (still with a little struggle) I left it on for a few hours again. Today marks day 3 and I was able to get it one pretty easy and quickly by myself and it feels like it is the perfect fit now!!! So I definitely recommend this product and I hope this review helps you to make your decision a little easier.***the one downfall I did discover is on the straps where the hooks are to adjust it is a little bit more rough and does tend to rub me raw in that area. I plan on trying to sew some fabric around it to keep it from rubbing me so badly. Still not a deal breaker for me though.

Post op Brazillian Butt Lift...amazing garmet.
I recently underwent a brazillian butt lift that included liposuction to my flanks, back of legs and inner thighs. It is critical in post op care to compress the areas that were liposuctioned. The doctor issued me a medium sized garmet. I am not certain what brand it was but I wasn't happy with the way it cut the back of my legs and my upper buttock. Additionally the medium was too big after about a week when the swelling went down. It just didn't stand up to hard core wear. It is also worth mentioning the garmet issued by the doctor had a bare buttocks style. This wasn't optimal when my surgery was performed in the heat of summer and with a house of children. I really didn't want to wear layers of clothes on top of the compression garmet or constantly moon my sons. I ordered this garmet in a medium and found it kept it's size better than the one the doctor ordered. I also liked the modest coverage of the buttock while not applying pressure. I did find the opening for urinating was a little to the rear as some reviews have mentioned but I like this for a couple reasons. 1.The opening didn't pull my lower buttocks forward. 2. I found it easier to use the stand up lady potty with this style. That made using the restroom so so much easier. It has been several months since I purchased my garmet and since I have ordered a 2nd in size small as I have lost a little weight. I enjoy sleeping in it and often wear it under clothes just for a slimming effect....so flattering on your rear and thighs. I am 5'7 with a lean athletic build. Approximately 140lbs and long waisted..the medium is super comfortable but effective while the small really sucks me in and provides amazing compression. You can't go wrong with this garmet!!! If you are post op Brazilian Butt Lift it is the absolute way to go.

Honest Feedback here,I purchased this to wear for a lipo procedure I am having tomorrow, unfortunately this will not work. I am an honest Medium. 5'5 130 lbs 34D. It is made of a very sturdy material and once you attempt to put it on it seems as though this thing will not even get over your thighs, but I kept at it and got it on. First off I will compliment the abdominal portion of this compression garment was very well made, once it is hooked and zipped it made a very smooth silhouette and I felt very secured in it. Now for the complaints, It was very difficult to get the garment on, it had no give. The zipper needed to be a little longer to allow your hips to slide through waist portion better. The Thighs of the garment were huge! The material was very baggy around my knees. The rear of the garment had these weird corners at the seams. I do not have a flat butt, but you would need to have pointy butt cheeks to fill the curves of this thing. The baggy material on my butt was very unflattering and very uncomfortable. This could not be worn under anything discreetly.

probably for larger people and those who have had surgeries--not shapewear for those who just need a little smoothing
I ultimately returned this. I am small and pretty slim, have not had any sort of surgery or posture problems (but have had a few kids so my figure can stand some assistance), and as-such I'm thinking these types are garments are overkill for my needs. I love that they combine everything you want: thigh smoothing, tummy flattening, and bust lift. In my search for all-in-one shapewear on Amazon, I came across Spanish-labeled shapewear garments (usually with something like "fajas" in the title) which seemed much more comprehensive than others I was seeing, so I ordered a few to try. All of them are ultimately going back. While they have all these great features, 1) none of them are designed to work for women with short torsos (a common problem in shapewear--it's typically not for petite people and will fold badly at the waist because the torso is cut too long); & 2) they don't really provide the shaping I want (maybe I'm too small?) while having all the inconveniences of heavy-duty high-powered shapewear. I don't really need armor, just some smoothing. One other note: proportionately, I'm going to hazard a guess that South American women have thicker thighs. For how much compression the rest of this garment offers, the thighs are much looser and definitely not compressive. If you look at the models for these garments, too, you'll notice they have much sturdier hips than the average US/European model used in advertising nowadays.
