Is this product FDA approved？

They are NIOSH certified, which I believe is the standard. I've not seen any masks that are "FDA certified". I should note that theses masks are made in China, so any packaging claims must be viewed with skepticism. That said, I find this brand to be very comfortable, breathable, and effective, even at filtering out intense wildfire smoke and smell. I think they are a good choice.

Yes, he green box BYD are level 3. Blue is level 2.

Does anyone receive new stock which expiration date is later than August 2022?

Not me. Mine expires on July 25. If you read the most recent reviews, many said their received masks had very near expiration date. It looks the vender has a lot of near-expiration masks in stock to sell recently.
