Outstanding product, amazing quality, performance is best, worth for money, high grade product with a good, affordable price also, plus the system also works smoothly and there is no such problems yet also the body is strong and the band is also good enough it tracks each and every single thing the working of system is also smooth there is no type of lag in the functioning, the heart rate monitors perfect heart beat and the spo2 also tracks the blood level perfectly, battery life is also good and the ipx7 water resistant is pretty cool, gets to know each and every notification once connected.Everything is absolutely outstandingThe functioning is also awesome and smooth.

Overall the watch is good. Syncing is not the problem at all.The heart rate accuracy is excellent as compared with Pulse oximeter.The SPO2 level shows drop of 1-2 points when measured from above of wrist (as we wear it regular way), however when measured from Palm side of hand i.e. where the doctors check pulse by fingers, the SPO2 level also shows accurate levels as compared to Oximeter. (This is because the veins on the upper side of hand are the once carrying de-oxygenated blood back to heart). The Blood pressure measurement is made for kids toys as it shows a peculiar range of +- 5 points of genera range of 80/120. In general mine is above this range hence Simply got to know this!Otherwise the watch is good!

The battery capacity is excellent. The price is competitive. The different watch faces according to one's wish and plenty of other options are available in the app. Tracks activities like walking, running, cycling, skipping, etc. Vibration alerts help to keep you on track with your activities and also for waking up in the morning.Cheaper than the other options in the market with reasonable functions and standards.I am happy with the smartwatch -highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. Received product on 10th April. Watch stopped working within 5 days. Horizontal lines started appearing on the screen. I raised ticket on there website along with video of issue. Next day i received there mail that they are not able to open video. Again i send another video. There reply came only on the next day in mail. But the reply was same, that they are not able to open the video. This goes on for next 4 days. Then i called there customer support number. Executive was asking for the video till that time watch got completely dead. They were not ready to except the claim without video proof. So again i send new video to them. But again they were not able to open it. Same video i played in my mobile and laptop, it was playing well.In last 6 days they had not even once called me for the issue. They just put 1 mail in a day and forget it. When i got the product they were calling 3 times in a day till 3 days to provide feedback on amazon.On 22nd April from last 1 hr I am calling there customer care number but no one is picking up the call.It is my humble request to every buyer, never buy any product from Fire bolt. Because if your product is fine then it is good, but if there is any problem then definitely you have to suffer a lot due to very bad customer support and there useless polices. As they are ill equipped to even open any Mp4 format video.

UPDATE: it was indeed replaced after chasing the team. And it went on to work well for another 2y. After that it broke down again, it doesn’t charge properly and the screen malfunctions. Since it’s out of warranty I no longer wanted to repair, I got a new one for her.UPDATE: It's been more than 5 weeks since I let them know about the problem. The team agreed to replace however nothing has been done about it yet. Delay due to the pandemic is understandable, but, keeping the customer updated is critical to good service - BOLTT seems to fail miserably in this department. I am not sure it's a reliable brand.This was a gift for my mother who wanted something that would fit her lifestyle and help monitor everyday health information. She loved that it's lightweight and packed with features, especially that it is iOS compatible and has SPO2 tracking. It has worked well so far however suddenly stopped last night. I'm in the process of registering for a warranty and would update here on how this pans out. She really loves it and wishes we can get it fixed or replaced asap.

Nice packaging and smooth delivery. Watch looks really nice. Functions are very easy to browse. Haven't explored much yet. User interface is very good, easy to browse through. Used every function with ease. Looks of the watch is very premium and strap quality is good. Overall a very nice buy.Good product with multiple features and good enough for workouts and other things.Product is very elegant and useful for daily workout ,steps, temperature check etc - I recommend to buy this if you are a fitness freak - and it's very reasonable in price also- thanks
