Too large to fit in normal mouth. When I try to bite on the grips they slip and the device pops right out of my mouth.

After buying the product I talked to various maxillofacial surgeons and they DO NOT recommend using this product as it may damage the temporomandibular joint and cause pain and undue wear... Going to the trash

Very good quality, surprisingly tough exerciser
Early days but a very well made product, the lightest one (blue) is plenty stiff enough to use at first, you’d be surprised how much effort it takes to keep the exercise going for more than a couple of minutes, this combined with a bit of healthier eating will surely improve the jawline in a few months of regular use I’m sure

Great Quality Product
This is a great quality product. The colours are bright and look smart. I like the fact that you get all three strengths in the same pack which saves you needing to buy multiple product, it also means I can use one and my husband another. You can really feel it working the muscles in your jaw, so its doing good. I would definitely recommend this product.
