Ripped up the tubing, left shavings everywhere and was nearly impossible to hold steady enough.
There might be people who can make this work, but I'm not one of them. It's much harder to use and sloppier than my normal swaging block and a hammer. Also it needs a BIG drill. Too small a drill will stall and a geared drill won't go fast enough to make it work.

They work fairly well
A coworker has a $100 set of swaging tools. THESE, in comparison, these seem to wear a bit (the black coating starts to come off), they do not bell the end as quickly as the expensive ones and the tolerance is just a bit off (you may have to rock the end a bit in the bell to get the pipe to fit.For the price, I am quite satisfied. They were used on many installs over the summer.

Already paid for themselves in one project
If you hate using couplings. These little guys are perfect.Remember when using these guys. Where a glove, that copper will get hot.Another tip, if you want to limit the number of couplings you have to use. A strong running angle drill will also work to swedge your copper for say up in an attic where you really do not want to spend that much time brazing in the first place. I have only used these swedge tips on 3/9 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch.. I haven't tried it on the bigger copper, but I am sure they will work fine. Probably take longer and get hotter, hence the glove for the hand you use to hold the pipe.

Exactly what I needed it for
I don't write a ton of reviews but these really saved me on a job. Some fool ran copper water lines for a home in refrigerant line (5/8") I believe. Either way, the line burst close to the slab and I had to swag it to sweat 1/2" copper into it and run the remainder of the line properly. I had very little room and the larger tools used with a hammer wouldn't fit. This worked perfectly and got me out of a jam. I only used one size and will probably never need these again (hopefully) but it got the job done effectively in a few seconds.

Honestly a little scared to use them
When these came in I could tell they are cheap, I'm afraid to use them on my 1/4 driver and having one snap off in the pipe. I would honestly just go with spin brand.

Decent for price
Only complaint on the bits is that after swedging the pipe is still a little snug so have to waller bit in the pipe to get proper fit
