🤔 😞
I was very excited about these. I had purchased a similar product and bought these to compliment the other set of cards. My first impression was disappointment. The cards are just collection of short essays/commentaries on various emotions (it does state that is what they are in the product description). Ultimately, this is fine but I feel like the essays could have been a bit more insightful. Some of the cards feel like fun facts or historical lessons more than psychological self help tools. I guess these cards can be used in a group to break the ice. Idk I will give them some time and do an update.

Good keep sake but could have greater depth
The packing is excellent quality, and well crafted. It is a diverse and vast selections of emotions, however the descriptions lack a bit of depth. It’s usually an etymology of the word, with its modern day usage. I’m likely biased by Brene Brown’s expansive descriptions and this doesn’t really come close. As I said, a good keepsake and definitely a great gift for a teenager/young adult

TOO DEEP
If I was severely depressed and needed this it would be useless to me. It is not compassionate or embracing at all ... only informative like a dictionary would be. I would feel frustrated and defeated. As it stands now, I only found this to be frustrating and a major disappointment. I have had times when I was depressed and would have reached out for comfort from this collection. This would have left me confused and discouraged

Good idea- poor delivery
Wierdcategorizing and over complicated descriptions that seem strange. It feels hard to know how to use these cards in a helpful way. Very disappointing

Perfect resource while in therapy, this box helps explain different emotions and you can refer to it to gain a better understanding of your feelings. I will keep and continue to use it to look after my mental health. Recommended for people who might have difficulty identifying their emotions and managing them.

I read some of the reviews about recieving used box and I thought it could be a mistake. But I recevied a box of cards that was opened before! The cards inside are dirty and some of the cards were folded! Also, the content of the cards are quite informative in a way that hard to read through and understand. Some of the feeling words are not the regular words people would use in conversation.

Una pena que estén en inglés, pero son ciertamente bonitas.

Ok… There’s no guid as to where the cards go in order if you take more than one out at a time they will get mixed up. Nice description of the feelings.
