It’s a winner.
Incredibly convenient and surprisingly healthy! Other ready-to-eats don’t include rice which really makes it a meal. Also pretty delicious!! I liked it best by combing both sides of the meal together. If you want something cheap, quick, tasty and good for you — I highly recommend!

First ingredient was rice. Second water, third chickpeas. Nothing else
I was disappointed. The meals are packed in a round dish, looks like a decent size meal. Open it and you have a divided dish, rice one side and entree on the other. Rice side larger and separation in the middle is sizable. Entree of the one I just ate was chickpeas in sauce. Just chickpeas. Mostly sauce. Flavor was a bit off.Definitely not buying again

Tasteless and pricey for what you are getting - would buy these at half the price though.
You have to add your own curry to these - they are tasteless and are not spicy at all!! Even the green chili curry had almost no spice or flavor. I had to mix in other locally (grocery store) purchased curry sauces to give these any flavor. That being said - they were quick and easy to throw in a bowl with a spoonful or two of real curry sauce and heat for 1 min in the microwave. I paid $39 for a pack of 6...with tax that's about $7 per meal. Plus the cost of the additional curry purchase...another $6-8, so now we are pushing $8-9 per meal. Honestly, if these were cheaper, I would buy them again. But $8-9 per meal is equivalent to a restaurant meal - not a pantry snack.

Nice variety of dishes that I liked overall
First, some general info., then on to reviews of individual flavors! The packaging was a bit difficult to open and not make a mess with the liquid spilling out, partially because it was so full. I learned this the hard way. They have to be opened very slowly and carefully. At first I kind of wished the rice was totally mixed in with each dish (it was in one), but quickly realized I liked them separated because it was easier to get the exact balance of flavors I wanted, and have variety with combining the dishes.I found the spiciness markers to be different from what I experienced. I suppose it might vary a bit due to mixing it with rice. One thing I truly appreciated was the straightforward ingredient lists, and lack of mystery, hidden ingredients. As someone with allergies, I'd sound like I'm exaggerating if I went into detail about how vague most labels are. That being said, there are possible cross contamination notices on the labels.I did get two servings out of each one, but I think for lots of people, depending on how hungry you are, each container might only be one serving. Here are my reviews of each flavor:Chick Peas [sic] Curry With Steamed Rice: This had just the right amount of chickpeas/garbanzo beans for me, but I would have liked a bit more flavoring.Eggplant Curry With Steamed Rice: This was my least favorite variety. I didn't care for the overall flavor too much, but also the textures of the eggplant and leaves.Potato and Peas Curry With Steamed Rice: This one is spicy, and I really liked the flavor. It was one of my favorites. I did wish it had more potatoes.Red Kidney Beans Curry With Steamed Rice: This was one of the spicier ones to me, even though it's labeled mild. It had a decent number of beans. I liked the flavor.Split Lentil Curry With Steamed Rice: This was one of my favorites. I liked the texture of the tiny lentils (some flavors have larger pieced items). The flavor and texture worked mixed with the rice really well.Vegetable Biryani: This was the most unique of the bunch, in that the rice was already mixed in. I liked having the ability to custom mix the rice and dish with the other varieties, so I missed that with this one, and even though I liked the flavor, it was one of my least favorites because of that.

Not your regular Indian cuisine.
The value of these meals for the money was okay. Theses meals reminded me of MRE’s. If you have nothing else to eat they work fine but don’t set out your best china to eat these meals. Basically cafeteria food with not enough authenticity. Don’t waste your money.

Wow!
These are really great! Not mom's cooking by any means but for a 90 second microwavable meal? Totally worth it!

I tried two meals and tossed out the rest.
They were flavorless. I have Indian friends who invite us over for dinner often. I thought this would be a wonderful way to have vegetarian food for good health. Worth a try.
