I love this scent; I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Diptyque’s Chêne. It is a bit smokier, but I like it a lot.

For a premium priced candle, this one does NOT deliver. In a small enclosed room, burning the max 4 hours, there was little to no discernable scent unless you were on top of the candle trying to smell it. I'm so bummed, save your money and try a different one.

Bought the "woodsmoke" candle. Smells exactly like a horrid sickly sweet candle I picked up at a discount store. No aroma of woodsmoke in the faintest. Smells more like talcum powder. Fancy label, really disappointing product.

My favorite candle of all time is Diptyque Feu de Bois, but paying nearly $70 for a candle is painful. I had hoped this one would be a good dupe. I can't comment on whether or not the smell is similar because THERE IS NO SMELL. I've been burning it for an hour and I smell absolutely nothing. No throw whatsoever. I live in Brooklyn, my husband owns a small business and I hate to leave bad reviews for small businesses, but seriously you're better off buying a Yankee Candle or Bath and Bodyworks, which at least smell like something. Not exaggerating here, this could easily be a white taper candle you'd have at a dinner table. Definitely wasted money on this one.

This has quickly become my fave candle. It’s like sitting outside around a campfire in the summer minus getting eaten alive by bugs. Dark, cozy, smokey. Great for those of us who don’t like super sweet candles.
