This is a short broom and dustpan. I thought it would be a full sized broom. The dust pan does not lay completely flat on the bottom, so when you try to use it, part of the dust goes under the pan and not in it.

Good quality. The lip was little above the floor due to packaging/transportation. Refixed the lip upside down. Now working fine.

This product is not working as mentioned in documents.

I was using a broom earlier, when I got the brush it reduced the bending considerably. The bristles picks up the dust very well and thus makes it easier and faster to sweep. My kids also enjoy using it to clear up the ground after their meal.

The product received is not as shown in the picture. The height of the broom was less for me hence i placed a return request. But the Amazing delivery agent politely refused to take the item back since the colour of received product is not same as shown in the picture on website. Please make sure that if you order the product from this seller then the correct item is received and make sure it is not pre assembled and packed in the box of other product as I received it...Thanks
