My cats went nuts for the toys, but I hadn't realised there was real fur in the product. Real feathers are absolutely fine, but I wouldn't have bought the package if I had known that some of the toys were made from rabbit fur. Still, as a one off, the cats love the toys. But the product description should be updated by the seller, to honestly state that there is real fur in the products.

I think one of the four was very popular, and didn't survive long, but the others didn't hold interest very long. Only one of our cats particularly likes chasing springy things on string, and for him these are too short, he likes to chase things, and a 15 inch piece of wood and 20 inches or so of elastic just doesn't stretch far enough to get him interested. We also bought another one, which has ended up being adapted with a thing on a string (already very popular) from Sainsburys. The stick is bendy, so you can get some good momentum on the little birdy, I can stand in one place and draw big figures of 8 in the living room for the cat to chase. With the one I'm reviewing (on the left in the photo), I pretty much have to walk around trailing it after me, and I'm not that fast in the living room, hence the relative boredom for the cats, and me looking like I'm taking a dead prawn for a walk.

Our cat adores these! We've had to hide them under lock and key as hes managed to figure out how to drag out the box that used to house them.Unfortunately they can be easy to break. One of the strings came not attached to the rod so we had to put it in and tie it together. After a bit of a rough play on another rod the cat managed to run away with the toy as the glue wasn't strong enough for his mighty jaws.

I have a picky kitten who gets bored of her toys easily. I got this for her first birthday and was completely shocked at how long it’s held her interest. She carries all the feather “refills” around the house and brings them to me to throw for her. She devoured the blue boa in two nights. That’s my one complaint. After two months nearly all the refills are worn apart. I was a little concerned at how easily she was able to get the fluff off the boa and got it stuck in her tongue. However, she’s so happy that I feel like the value is there. I’d recommend this cat toy set to anyone with an active fuzzbutt in their life.

Don’t buy the tinsel ones. They fall apart real easy. One of my cats were sick and it has tinsel in it from the wands !!! They are now in the bin as I’m not risking my cats health for a toy

Nice range for the priceI like that you can untie to elastic and replace it if the toy breaks and the wooden sticks will last with other toys on them rather than buying lots of new plastic ones(The bells seemed to annoy the cat but you can take them off and reattach)

Our kittens absolutely love these toys! We have two kittens so bought the pack of 4 thinking they’d last a while but after half an hour of fun the first two toys were shredded due to the flimsy material the toy cat and fish were made with. This was disappointing as the toys look great in design and colour.
