Hallmark Industries MD1415B DC Motor, 1.5 hp, 1750 RPM,180 VDC, 145 TC, TEFC, with Foot

In use for three months now, works fine for our pressurized 24vdc off grid water well system

The motor overheated. Hallmark replaced the motor, the replacement motor also overheated.

Awesome replacement for my 120 volt boat lift. This fit perfectly and actually performs better than the AC motor. My only complaint is the tiny box they stuck on top to shield the power connection. It's so small I could not fit in the large gauge wires that a 12 volt 3/4 HP motor needs.

The motor arrived as expected on time and it's working; The only thing that could be improved is the connector box which is small and requires the cables to be insulated very closely around the connector posts to prevent shorts.

So I bought this motor and put a 100:1 gearbox on it. I am very happy with this motor. You can variable speed this thing and this thing is extremely easy on the wallet.

Works great driving my CNC lathe headstock.

Motor works fine and no complaints. Mounted easily and was able to position the motor same as the one it replaced. Motor replaced a fixed speed AC motor used in a band saw converted for metal cutting. Used the motor with a variable speed controller from KB Electronics (KBIC-240D).
