Using these as a stand for something I'm making and using pvc pipe as a support. The 1" fits well into these and a better deal than the hardware store for my purposes. I'm not using them as fluid connections, so for a structure, it's fine. Snug enough that I don't need glue and can reuse.

I used these as corner pieces when creating a frame for a portable sound-deadening booth. Just what the doctor ordered! These worked great—perfectly uniform fit.

Was building a temporary grape arbor of 3/4 inch PVC pipe and needed two "crosses" to complete the structure. Went to my friendly neighborhood Ace and they were selling for $7.49 ! As much as I like to support American business and neighborhood stores, that seemed like price gouging, so these did just fine.

Worked great. I used to out together a hockey equipment drying rack. Holds super tight, didn't need glue for the corners.

I'm building chicken runs with one-inch PVC and needed these corner pieces which are not available in local hardware stores. These are not plumbing fittings but they fit on standard plumbing pipe which is readily available and inexpensive. These fitting are designed for making furniture and structures although they look like they could be used for irrigation applications if you needed a really weird set of pipe angles. These fit my stock 1" PVC white pipe and my chickens love their run-areas. We like them too, zero rust, sturdy and lightweight are just a few of the advantages. These PVC fittings = happy chickens (and happy chicken owners :-)

I am unable to find pipes fitting the diameter and hence this is a waste purchase. I came to know about little too late..
