This stuff is fantastic. It’s very soothing and healing for minor cuts and abrasions, irritated skin. I use it on myself and I use it for my dog when he gets allergic reactions and heat rash. Works better than anything on the market for dogs. Hydrates his skin instead of the sprays that have alcohol good burn. And works very rapidly. My dog has not had a problem in months since I cleared up his redness and irritation with this. It is safe for animals and recommended by my vet because if they lick it they will not get sick like they would from antibiotic appointments for people.My exotic animal vet also recommended this for my bunny who had urine scald from her lack of mobility when she got old. It helped immensely.It does not have a strong scent or I wouldn’t be able to use it on myself. And it is not greasy. Only takes a little dab, put just a light coating on the area as needed until the sore or irritated area is healed. If severe you can use it three times a day but I only used it once a day with my dog and he was better forever in a few days.I’ve been told that it is very soothing and effective for hemorrhoids. No joke.And anything that you would use Cortizone cream for.

I prefer the calendula cream to the ointment, but I’ll take whichever is available because I use this for pretty much anything. It works better than lotion for when my hands get chopped from the cold Michigan air. Also works for random cuts and other issues that keep popping up for me. Good to keep some on hand at all times at least one in my medicine cupboard! And I take one on trips whenever I can.

Calendula has been used for many years to naturally soothe, repair and heal skin irritations. I love that the Boiron Calendula Cream is free of parabens, dyes and fragances. And, not only is it healing and soothing, it is also moisturizing. Now I keep one on hand for cuts, burns and any skin issue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I used this on some small wounds and rashes, and they healed nicely after a few days. I like the price for a good sized tube, and that it's fragrance free so it doesn't irritate what I'm trying to heal and protect. It does have its own odor to it, but it's not too strong or unpleasant.
