I don't know how this product works, but it works! I don't care how much pain you're in, all you have to do is put one under your tongue and let it dissolve. If your gas pains aren't gone within 15 minutes, by the time you take the second dose (15 minutes after the first) they'll be gone shortly thereafter. I've never had to take more than two doses, and most commonly only have to take one.I discovered this stuff at Wholefoods one time when I needed something immediately. The person in Health and Beauty recommended these, and after I took it I was sold! When my pack was almost finished I went back for more. To my surprise and dismay, they stopped carrying it. I was very disappointed. :(The other day I thought of it, decided to look it up on Amazon and found a great deal on 3 packs. I bought them at just a little over the cost of one pack! Again, I'm happy with the outcome and I'll order some for my sister.Definitely would recommend having these around. They're worth it!

It works fast. Gives to me a great relief. The most I like, it's a natural product.

Just what we needed and functions as expected.

This stuff is the only product that provides relief for my tummy symptoms. The only drawback is that it's recommended to take two every 15 minutes for an hour to relieve symptoms, so you go through a box rather quickly.

Don't know if it's a true statement, but decided to use Gasalia - 2 tablets before each meal, think they are helping me.Wish they would be less expensive.

I love these tablets! They are pleasant-tasting which makes them easy to take, and they do offer relief relatively quickly, often within just a few minutes, unlike Gas-X or other such pills which do nothing for me. The only caution I would use is that it doesn't dissolve the gas, it forces it out, so you may not want to be in a public place when taking them. But they do help me immensely!
