This product is great for the whole family. The taste isn't too bad (my kids describe it as a "tart caramel" flavor. I like that there is a squeeze cap top so that I can just directly pour it into their mouths without having to use spoons! I will definitely keep buying this product. It's a great find.

I have always had problems taking tablet form Vit C, with horrible ulcer-like stomach pain. My daughter gave me liposomal Vit C made by another company to try, but that company has since jacked their prices as to being unaffordable for me. I found Mary Ruth's and knowing their reputation, decided to try it as a replacement. LOVE IT! Taste delicious and no problems or pain. It is my go to now for liposomal C.

Unfortunately, my sensitive stomach didn’t work well with it but the taste is absolutely amazing vanilla and citrus added . I was looking for a propolis Vitamin C that was better priced - value for the money than the other I was taking. This checked all the boxes. The quality was there. It was easy to use. Just one spoonful alone or in a liquid on a daily basis. Recommend as long as you don’t have Gastro issues.

I bought this as a preventative and reactive strategy for illness and immune support . I used a different brand prior and couldn’t handle the taste. This one tastes fine. It isn’t great but it easy for me to consume. I tried my kids and they did NOT like it which was a bummer. I could probably get my oldest to do it (age ten) but there is no way my younger ones would tolerate it.

This tastes good a bit bittersweet but tolerable. I've used this when I think I'm getting sick or to help boost immune system before traveling and I'm surprised how well it seems to work. I can also get my picky 11 year old on board with taking it. Quality supplement to add to your regimen to help stay healthy.

A great way to get your vitamin C. No huge pill to swallow and it tastes pretty good.
