These are the softest, most comfortable canulas I have used. After a recent bout of covid followed by bacterial and viral pneumonia I now have to use oxygen 24 hrs a day. I had no idea the different brands of fabulous could be so different! Most of them are very stiff and rigid with the actual pieces that go into your nose varying lengths.These work just perfect for me. Soft tubing and soft nose piece that's not too long nor short and stubby. Will recommend and will also continue to buy these

For me, softness is the most important thing about a cannula. Fit comes down to personal nose size for me. This product isn’t too long (rubbing the inside of my nostrils) and the width is perfect. I’ve found that even the softest tubes get stiff over time. You should replace them every few weeks anyway, so longevity isn’t that big of a concern (unless you’re poor). Whistling sounds happen occasionally across all brands I’ve tried so the complaints of noise are typical. On the bright side, if you are bothered by it, be thankful your ears still have higher frequency reception (many older people lose that).I haven’t found a better cannula for my needs. I got lucky and was sent a “sampler pack” of 10 different cannulas free along with my oxygen concentrator machine. It was helpful narrowing down my choices.This was the right fit for me.One important thing to remember when reading these reviews: People that use these don’t WANT to use them! Nobody wants to put a tube up their nose just to survive…so, even the most glowing reviews from satisfied customers might be augmented by utter disgust in having to wear one. Thus it’s more likely for someone to write a negative review. Even the happiest customer is likely to only be moderately pleased.

These are the best I have found. Soft and flexible line, right length into the nasal cavity and not irritating on the end as some are. Finally, I’ve got the correct one after eight years.

This was exactly what I was looking for.

These are very soft around the ears and on the face, but the first thing I noticed was that the softer material will get smashed if you lay on it and oxygen will not get through. So if you only plan on using these cannulas for day time use, they will work fine, but this is probably not good for night time use as the softer material will get smashed and or kink. This is probably why cannulas are a harder plastic. I only use oxygen at night, so these are pretty worthless for me.
