Great quality
Heavy pan, really great for double handed pasta flipping for the whole family.

Very good pan but not great for Induction hob
It's a very nice pan , the shape is perfect for sauteing but the heat transmission is slow and frustrating using my induction hob. I think it's the size of the stainless steel plate at the bottom that is too small and it struggles to irradiate the heat to the rest of the pan?Anyway I have a try-ply stainless steel 24cm pan that heats up more quickly and at medium temperature is much more responsive and hot that this one. Disappointing give the "Aluminum induction line" title of the product.

Da wir sehr häufig Pasta Gerichte kochen war es an der Zeit für eine neue Pastapfanne. Größe und Form sind ideal für Carbunara und jegliche anderen Nudelgerichte. Die Pfanne lasst sich auch sehr gut als Wock einsetzen

Fantastic if you use it right!
I read a lot of reviews about how difficult this pan is to use, so I did a bit of research. Best result is to heat it up on max heat for 5 minutes and then add a few drops of water. When the water drops are dancing around in the pan its perfect. Then you put the heat to very low and make sure to add fat, you will get a perfect result and nothing sticks to the pan.
