so far, Im diggin 'em
Buy tru-spec brand pants instead.... half the price, and roomier.First impressions are pretty great. The size chart is nearly spot on. I normally wear a 32x34 so ordered the M/L size according to the chart. They are a little long, so if your wear your pants a little long to begin with you may want to consider ordering a size shorter. The materiel appears to be a rip stop fabric as advertised. While I haven't put that to the test, it has the typical cross hatch pattern of rip stop. The material is thin though. Thinner then I expected. I was expecting something close to the Riggs Work Wear pants i usually wear, but these are much lighter and thinner then those. This makes them nice and airy, light and comfy. Hopefully it does not hinder their durability. The front hip pockets are nice and big which is great. Both have a reinforced wear patch where you would clip a knife, multi-tool, flash light etc. So lefty or righty you're covers The patch is of a heavier material then the pants them self which should help with repeated draws, but I really would have rather seen a leather material. The cargo pockets are a good size. I can place my entire hand in them and splay it nearly all the way. I wouldnt say I have tiny girl hands either.... There are two ways to access this pocket. The flap has only a single hook and loop closure which with the way the pocket is shaped should be plenty secure. There is also a zipper....right down the middle of the pocket. Im not sure the idea behind this one, but its there. The back pockets are also a decent size. Then there is the "front" pocket. It fits a 5.56 Pmag perfectly. You can sit, climb, crouch and it will not dig in to your abdomen. But it isnt so low your need to reach to grab it. There is only one on the left leg, so south paws may have a hard time drawing from its location, but its there. This pocket can also be used to hold a phone. I have a Samsung Note 8 in an Otterbox style case and it just fits in there nice and snug. It does not tuck all the way in the pocket, as the pocket is not that deep. For comparison sake a Pmag in its widest sport (not at the base however) is 2.65 and my phone in its case is 3.42. Anything wider and I don't think it would fit in this pocket. Of course thickness will also be a determining factor on what will and will not fit here. One issue I see with keeping your Thousand dollar phone in this pocket is if you have anything hard (keys etc) in the front hip pocket, and you fall on the phone, it will come in contact with the phone screen, although separated by fabric, there will likely be damage to your phone. So think about what you have in that pocket if you're keeping your phone in the front "mag" pocket. The M-Tac pants also move with you nicely. The gussets in the knees and crotch allow you to move and note have the pants pinch, ride up, or impair movement. I bought these pants for hiking and range days, so that was important for me and they deliver.there are a few things I dont like though, however they are minor. The zipper is short...lets face it, a longer zipper would make it easier to deploy your "side arm" in a hurry. Maybe thats nor a concern for our Ukrainian counterparts. The ankle cuffs have an elastic shock cord in them along with the hook and loop cuff. I personally could do with out both, but the shock cord may just have to go permanently. That wont be hard to do either as there is a small slot to access it, so a little snip, pull it out and its gone.Thats all I have for this review for now. I've only had a change to wear them around the house and take the monsters for a short walk, so I have not gotten to put them through the rigors or backpacking, a training day at the range, or a work day. If the quality becomes a concern Ill be sure to update this review.

Ripped off
Supposedly I bought an M-Tac Aggressor Flex pants. A brand that I already know its excellent quality. Unfortunately I received a Chinese one of an unknown brand (At least to me), stained and with obviously lower quality in the fabric as in the zipper (Not YKK),D-rings, pockets, not self-adjustable waist band, and a very long etc. Extremely disappointed to have been scamming when shopping on Amazon

Best Tact Pant I've Ever Had
Ok, I don't normally write positive reviews. However, this one deserves it.First thing I must point out as others have said, the sizing is a size small, especially in larger sizes. Order one up for a comfortable fit. I normally wear a size 40 pant, and I ordered the XL (40-42) and these were more like a 36-38. I had to suck in and hold my breath just to button them. Not true to US size, they need to adjust their chart.Other than that, absolutely the best form-fitting pants ever. Super lightweight, breathable, and stretch with movement making it perfect for tactical use, hiking, or every day going about. I mean, these things really fit nice! I cannot stress this enough. Not baggy at all. I hate baggy tactical pants. It takes away the whole purpose because the extra material snags on things and just looks stupid to me. These are slim/form fitting for a perfect fit, and I'm not a small guy. I have athletic build and muscular legs and they still fit perfectly.I have to return mine because the waist size was too small, and I ordered a size too long. They are not true to waist size, but they seem to be true to length. Other than that, I will now buy 2 pairs and continue to buy this brand only. I have owned M-Tacs backpacks over the years and they are very high quality as well.

Well design. Functional. Look great. Gen II use thin canvas
I wear jeans 33x32 Medium/Regular are perfect. Extremely well designed. Super comfortable, not tight, not baggy, look great. Great ideal colors. Color accents on pockets are great. All pockets are well placed and very functional. Got them stating that they are Gen II. I imagine different for the originals. Cotton-Polyester-Spandex canvas is about 6 oz. they are thin (for comparison common jeans are usually 8-10 oz. canvas). I see this as an advantage. Poly-cotton canvas tends to be hot above 80 F. No double canvas layer in reinforced areas. No knee pad compartments. Seem sturdy, time will tell. I am planning to buy one more pair. M-TAC: USE THE SAME DESIGN, use LIGHT WEIGHT NYLON canvas ideal for summer use (not hot, quick dry, better for humid-hot conditions). They would be a great hit.

Could be great pants but waist size is just too big!!!!
These pants have great quality material, stitching is great, the length size fits nicely BUT!!! The waist size is way off. I am 32 regular jeans size, and size was 3 inches bigger in waist. I have send request for full refund or exchange via amazon, and on my label form amazon refund price was not full. I paid $128 for the pants and return label says $108 and does not include customs $20 fee!!! This is unacceptable! I am not keeping the product so I requested the full refund since this is not my error but seller wrong sizing issue! I am still waiting for reply from seller or amazon but so far nothing!... A potentially great pants but big sizing problem in my opinion. Would keep them for sure just I wish they did things right for costumers. Hope this help you to decide if it is all worth the hassle for you to buy sizing which might not be correct!!! Thanks

Just received my 4th pair.
I now own 4 pairs of these pants. I am a size 34 waist, but I have worn size 36 in other pants for the extra room and they fit well, so my first pair of these was a size 36. The waist was way too loose because they have an expandable waist system. That said I kept these pants and wear them with a tight belt. For the next pair I tried a 34 and they were still too loose in the waist, but way better so I kept them and wear them with a belt. Finally I tried a 32 and they fit a little tight, but with the expanding waist system they are perfectly comfortable. Other than the sizing issue, these pants are amazing. They are well constructed with lots of great features. They also look great. I love them and plan on buying more. One of each color.

Color not as expected
The product images appear to be highly-saturated, where the colours are much lighter than the actual pants were. This is kind of disappointing because I was trying to match it was a lighter jacket. The pants themselves are good quality. Unfortunately, there was no stock for the longer leg length variant which would be more convenient.
