If you are looking for a tool to strengthen your grip, look no further than here. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but in this case, I will make an exception. I hooke these training tools up to my straps. They easily replace the standard handles that come with the training straps. They work quite well. I recommend using climbing chalk to insure that you have a frim grip (like when climbing). After several sets of various exercises, I definitely felt these tools smoking my grips. I bought them to further improve my grip strength and to improve my wife's grip as well. We both were quite impressed with this product. Escape Climbing sent the product out sooner than estimated. I highly recommend it.

If you've ever strengthen and better yourself look no further. Smooth finish makes gripping excellent and the construction is as solid as can be. If your contemplating if you should or shouldn't purchase from this company make no mistake products and staff are great.

The pull up has become the foundation of my strength training routine. I have several sets of climbing holds that challenge my grip in a variety of ways. The Escape Power Egg is a sort of combination between the cannonball style grip and piston grip. These are not the most difficult grips that I own, but are definitely the most comfortable. These things fit very well in my hands and offer a very natural range of motion while pulling. I will be using them for higher reps and longer isometric holds. Thanks for a solid and inexpensive product.

If you travel for work and can’t hit the autobelay or can’t climb with a buddy, these are awesome for maintaining grip strength

These have been great for basement training. Really challenging pull-up strength and grip at the same time. They're currently on the same carabiner, but I think the next step will be to loop a rope through the carabiner forcing me to pull up evenly.

Only took about a month for the wood to start cracking outdoors. These will have to be replaced next summer. I may consider a different brand or material for outside. These didn't hold up to the weather.
