I've been using these in my furnace for a while now. They work well as far as I can tell. They are a little pricey. I haven't noticed that much change in my allergies but I will keep using them.

Though very clearly advertised as a 4-pack, this item arrived as one, single filter. I went through the trouble of returning the item, requesting a replacement. I was hopeful that a mistake was made on my original order and that the proper 4-pack would be sent. I'm now 0-2. I'm simply returning this filter now.

Make sure you know this filter’s dimension is 14.4 x 25.9 x 1 inches before placing the order! It’s not a standard size (14 x 25 x 1) !!! Very disappointed.

"A" filter came today in a huge box. It is supposed to be a "4" pack. Only "1" filter came in a huge box. I'm very unhappy about this.

for $40, I expected a box of six filters...only received one. I'll be returning it and not buying these again (although I love the filter quality...this order cannot be trusted)

I only received 1 filter!!!Don’t know where to file a complaint or ask where the rest are.
