Lemon HeroFoot Compression Sock With Adjustable Elasticated Wrap

Disappointing.
My worst foot pain is in the area between arch and heel, and I thought this set might give me a way to target that spot with extra compression. Unfortunately, It doesn't work for me. First, the sock itself is not shaped. It's a straight tube, measuring 3.75 inches across when flat. This is too loose to provide good compression at the arch of my foot, and too tight above my ankle - exactly the opposite of what I need. There is a section of the tube with less elastic for the heel, but this limits the ability to move it up or down for a more comfortable fit, and negates any advantage of having a straight tube. I tried putting it on the other way, but that left me with an inch of sock past the ends of my toes. A shaped sock would have been much better. The strap suffers from similar issues. The sewn loop (4.25" across when folded flat) is a bit large for the arch of my foot, and doesn't provide enough compression. If I try to compensate by wrapping, I can feel the loop gradually twisting and loosening up while I wear it. The strap is also fairly thick, and the seam for the loop means that there's going to be a lump somewhere which may be a problem in normal-fitting shoes. The velcro sections on the strap are 2" wide and placed 6" apart. I found it difficult to find a way to position the strap in a way that didn't wind up with the velcro section being either too tight, too loose, or too bulky for shoes. It's a nice looking set, and seemed well made. If it fits your foot and ankle it might work well. In hindsight, for me a simple ace bandage over a properly shaped compression sock might not look as nice, but would probably work better and be much easier to fit comfortably.

Used this compression sleeve doubled over on my foot, while cycling & walking - works good
I bought these because I was having pain in the bony part at the top of my foot from an old injury. It would start hurting whenever I bicycled or walked any distance. I didn't need ankle support, so instead of pulling the compression sleeve up over my ankle, I pulled it just up to the top of my foot, then doubled it back again over my foot so I had a double thickness of compression sock over the tarsal and metatarsal bones at the middle of my foot. This worked well and I was able to fit the compression sleeve under the sandals I normally wear (they're about a half size too big for me anyway, because I bought sandals that don't come in half-sizes, so I rounded up). As the product description said, I never ended up needing the extra wrap, the compression sleeve by itself was enough support. This worked very well at relieving the pain and allowed me to walk and bicycle with less pain. Actually, I don't use the compression sleeves anymore because I started taking calcium supplements, and a couple of months after I started taking the calcium, I stopped having foot pain at the site of the old injury! Still, I would recommend these compression sleeves for foot support. The fabric is great. I bought this brand because I wanted to try the bamboo fabric, and I couldn't tell if the fabric was bamboo or not, but it was super. The gray color is kind of nerdy, but on the other hand, it's practical because you can wear gray with either black or white shoes, so, less shopping.

My wife's foot (with 4 fractures) LOVES this product
My wife fell down a set of stairs in October, fracturing her foot in four different places. She was unable to wear this until about a month or so ago due to the swelling, but upon returning to her job duties, and finding that her butt was becoming as sore as her foot due to all the sitting, she remembered that I had purchased this for her.It was only after wearing this and standing for a full day on a still-healing foot that she realized her foot hurt maybe half as much as it did previously, and the swelling was far reduced. She attributed it to a possible fluke - UNTIL she forgot to wear it the next day, and the pain came back.Suffice to say she heartily recommends it. :)

The elastic band that comes with it is great! The only very very minor thing with the ...
I'm disabled and both of my feet have been swollen for many years. I bought this product after seeing it on youtube and thought I'd give it a try. I've only had these socks for three days and they have reduced the swelling in both of my feet. They're still a little swollen, but with continued use, they should continue to reduce the swelling. When I first put them on, it was tough, because of my feet being swollen, not a product fault. But after I put them on for a second time, they were easier to slide onto my feet. The elastic band that comes with it is great! The only very very minor thing with the elastic band is that I wish it was a little longer. I have long and big feet, and with them being swollen, I can't really wrap it around my foot and continue up around my ankle, like depicted in the picture displayed at the top o the page. If I were to really stretch it, I would be able to have my whole foot and ankle wrapped, but it would be way, way too tight. This may even out after a while with continued usage, so take that with a grain of salt. These socks work as advertised, I only wish I found them sooner!!

Not bad, but not great either.
The sleeve is a light compression sock that works better than most compression socks out there and leaves your toes alone. The problem was the strap. The strap end is sewn back on itself to form a small loop. This seems like a great idea until you have to put it on a hurt foot. Not easy. I ended up cutting the strap to get rid of the loop. I then trimmed it so that I didn't have a giant wad when ever I put a slipper or walking boot on. For the money it is a good buy, but it is not for an injury that is sensitive to the touch.

Comfortable, able to wear with shoes. Two levels of support.
I have been very happy with this support. I found that if I needed only light compression I would use the sock alone, and if I needed more firm support I would use the wrap over it. I wasn't aware of this when I bought it (just didn't look closely enough I guess) but the wrap has a loop on the end that you put your foot through and goes around your arch. If you have wide/swollen foot it may be too tight. It was almost uncomfortably snug on me and I have very narrow feet. After a few hours wearing it loosened up a bit and is now comfortable. This is nice if you just need some light support on your ankles in addition to the compression and support for plantar fasciitis.

You only get one.
Thought I was getting a pair as I have two feet.
