Great value oat bran but could be ground finer!
I'm a big fan of using oatbran as a substitute for regular porridge oats - gram for gram it contains a load more fibre for the same calories. I use this in my daily high protein/high fibre breakfast smoothie as well as for "porridge" (tastes exactly the same).I've previously bought oatbran from Tesco but this pack worked out better value for the bigger size. My only complaint is that it isn't ground as finely as Tesco's one - less of an issue for porridge but if you're blending into shakes/smoothies, the texture feels a bit too grainy/bitty for my liking. I may repurchase after trying the Tesco one again so I can remind myself of how similar/different they are!

I like it!
It's full of fibers, more than oat flakes...better absortion and good for digestion. You can add it to your meals, make bread, in yoghurts. I've been using it for a while now and it really made a difference with my fiber intake and digestion.

Good source of dietary fibre!
Have been adding about three table spoons of this to morning cereal for about 6 months now and find it quite an easy and effective way of increasing fibre intake. It helps if adding a bit of another cereal to it, but it can be eaten alone (with your milk of choice). Interestingly, after this period my cholesterol level has dropped slightly (by about 0.6 of a point (so about 10%)) which is pretty good and may be due to the increased fibre intake, but then again it could be down to something else!

So good!!!
The taste is really wonderful! I usually cook it for breakfast with milk in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (50g oatbran and 120ml milk), or in the summer I make an overnight porridge in the fridge (same proportions oatbran/milk). For the overnight one I like to add some fruits and/or berries. My son adds peanut butter to his, regardless of how it's prepared...I highly recommend the product. Oatbran is very healthy (better than regular oats), it tastes fantastic (better than regular oats), the shipping was very fast, and this was the best price I could find. If you're in the market for some delicious oatbran, I see no reason why you should NOT buy this one.
