I have been taking this for nearly a month now. This supplement is very easy and pleasant to take. This is such a great antioxidant that is set to help a lot of different things, But I have really noticed a difference in my skin. It is not as dry and itchy as it usually is this time of year and just seems healthier overall. It also seems to help with recovery after exercise. I’ve tried many and this specific one from this company is extremely diluted down. I use this for skin care as well and break open a pill to mix with my serum nightly. Normally 12mg I would only need 1 drip added to my serum and my face has a bright orange tone but with this company I used the whole pill and my face was slightly orange but went away after 30min. Good quality asthazanthin does not do this. Save your money and buy from a reputable seller!

Product came very quickly and I have no problem with it other than it made me very nauseous. I have a sensitive stomach and this was probably something that I am unable to handle. Just wanted to prepare anyone lookin to start this supplement it may be something they experience.
