PHILIPS D2S 4300K OEM Replacement HID XENON bulbs 85122 35W DOT Germany - Pack of 2 by ALI

I ordered these for my MK5 VW GTI. I've had them in for several months and my visibility is still excellent. The light is actually white rather than yellow or blue, and has stayed white for several months. I've heard of other brands dimming or yellowing over time, but have not experienced that with these. For the price, you can't beat them. Ordering again for my 2008 VR6 Eos.

A lot of the cheap ones are the wrong color and go out soon. These are the OEM ones that were used in my 2008 VW GTI and worked great, correct color temp too.

My husband was so excited because the cost was phenomenal. He installed them easily and they are working really well. Thank you for an awesome product at a affordable price.

Philips HID bulbs are the only ones you should buy. I mistakenly bought cheaper ones and they would fail intermittently and then I didn’t know if it was the bulb or the igniter. I bought philips and no problem. They are as good as OEM. I will only buy these from now on and save myself the headaches.

It's hard to judge these bulbs by the "features" options above because they cannot apply.Brightness? They are supposedly the same units that the car came with (2005 Acura TL). But the color temperature sure looks lower to me than it used to be. These bulbs definitely light off white for about 10 seconds then they change down a bit to the warm white advertised. They are bright, as were the original bulbs but it's possible that what looked impossibly white when I got the car (2007) looks yellowed next to today's LED lamps. But they are otherwise working as expected so all is well with that.Easy to install: Well, that's a silly question. That has nothing to do with the bulbs, of course they were easy in install once I got to the sockets. No, it was pure hell replacing them in an Acura TL. I had to remove the entire bumper cap and then remove the entire headlight assemblies.Longevity: Does Amazon want me to weigh in in 2028, when I next expect to have to replace these? How can the answer to this time-dependent question be answered logically? Why can't people think? They told you in childhood that there are no stupid questions? They were wrong.

Headlight went out on my E46 M3. This fit perfectly and are much brighter than the factory ones! Highly recommend it to my E46ers!

Lightbulb is the correct color tone and brightness to see clearly but not to blind incoming traffic.
