Excellent value and product!
I absolutely love this rug! I was so concerned about buying a rug like this online given the type of material but I'm so glad I did! I looked at so many different brands both in person and online and after the many reviews I finally landed on this one.Color: colors are very rich and naturalTexture: feels like petting a cow!Durability: so far it is holding up incredibly well. I have had this rug a few months now and it has held up against both my german shepherd and blue heeler and the Oklahoma red dirt. It has been resistant to stains, dog fur, dirt and smell from regular animal tread.Thickness: it's not very thick at all but I really wasn't expecting it to be.Cleaning: like I said above, this rug has taken a beating and it has held up like it's brand new. I've taken my vacuum over this multiple times per week and have seen no issues so far!

Nice hide, no defects on mine.
Had this several years now, still looks good, holding up good. I did cut into an oval shape, that way it lays very flat, no trip spots, have the coffee table on it. Nice hide.

Fit the purpose. Great price. Fold lines still visible
I bought his because of the price. And it looks wonderful in our downstairs reading room. But, I’m still waiting for the fold lines to come out after 9 months. I fear that prob won’t happen. Even after a humid summer they are still there. Other than that, it’s soft and just what I wanted. I find the easiest way to clean it is to use the hose and brush attachment on my vacuum.

From not so good quality to outstanding for the price
The first three photos are of the cowhide that I first received upon my purchase from Amazon. I shopped around and ended buying this brand, Sunshine, which had very good reviews. Some reviews did state they received cowhides with marks or repaired cuts. Mine came with two very noticeable repaired cuts. Even though, the size and colors were perfect, I didn’t want to keep it with these defects. I sent it back and received a replacement, last two photos. You can see the size there almost half the size of my gym, I bought the 6x7, actual size 6.11 x 7.8 ft. The cowhide is actually for my new office, once it’s ready, I’ll post another photo. Overall I recommend this product, and if you receive one with repaired cuts, you can actually get it replaced.
