I bought this as my shark stopped working after 3 years. This Hoover is amazing. So much better than my shark!! The suction is a lot better and powerful. I have two akitas and they molt at least 2 a year so they are very hairy and I have no problems getting all their fur up off the carpet!!! Really recommend this Hoover!! Easy to assemble so easy my daughter did it. Easy to use and clean after use!! Can’t believe how good this little hoover is. It’s very lightweight to. Very good value for money

This vacuum cleaner is a great choice, especially for pet owners. It has impressive suction power that makes cleaning carpets easy and effective. The compact cylinder design is lightweight and simple to move around and the 2.5L capacity means you don’t have to empty it too often. The only issue is that it’s not designed for liquids.

My Dyson died after about 10 years of service and money was tight so I thought I'd give this a go. On opening the box the first bathing I noticed is how small the unit is. Great! However, keeping the house attached takes up the same amount of space as my old Dyson. The attachments are good but they get in the way once they're placed in their holder, which attaches to the metal telescopic part. Pretty annoying but not a deal breaker. Suction is really good considering I didn't need to btake out a lone to get the thing. I can't seem to tell the difference between the carpet and hard floor modes. The head does get stuck on carpet from time to time, this is not due to its suction this is down to the rubber strip that runs along the front of the head. It's feather light in comparison to my Dyson which weighed a ton. Good design for doing the stairs and hugs the stair nicely without the worry of it falling backwards. Save yourself £200, spend it on your love ones and give this a go instead. Highly recommended.

A great vacuum for the price. It is not too heavy so I can easily carry it around the house. The vacuum is built so that the filter/drum is easy to access and clean. The cord length could be a little longer but it is not too much of an issue unless I am vacuuming the larger rooms. It has enough power for all the purposes I need it for.

What an absolute little gem of a vacuum cleaner this is. I have a cat and dog. My Labrador is moulting a great deal at the present. This vacuum cleaner got through it easily. It brought the carpets and pile up beautifully. The tools are fabulous, especially the ‘turbo tool’ for the stairs.Only single downside - as others have mentioned - is the cable is short by 1.5 metres. Having written that I was not going to give less than five stars because it is such a wonderful all round performer.Knocks the spots off my old Dyson and for an awful lot less money. Has cleaned my car out terrifically well. £54.99 with delivery it’s an absolute bargain. I am thrilled with it.

A very nice, light weight hoover. Easy to use and empty. Good brush attachment and turbo head. The cord is a little short, but can reach down the stairs at a push. Good suction. You can change the head from carpets to hard floors with one click. There's a lever on the handle where you can open a hole so the suction isn't as strong if it lifts up your mats when hoovering.

Small lightweight vacuum easy to use but header broke in 4 months, Russell Hobbs customer service unable to replace as out of stock, multiple emails and advised to look on EBay for spare despite being under warranty. Disappointed with the service

This is a very good hoover for the price. Easy and lightweight to use and simple to clean out. I like the retractable plug too.Not the most powerful, but doing the job and I have 3 kids, 3 dogs and a cat!More suitable for hard floors than carpet.
