Just what was needed to save on heating bills. Heats bed beautifully. Some people have complained that it doesn’t get warm enough but electric blankets aren’t designed to reach super hot temperatures. You must keep the duvet/covers on so the heat from the electric blanket doesn’t escape but stays trapped in the bed. Heats to perfect temperature which you can adjust as needed. Also safe enough to be left on overnight but you might end up getting too warm. Brilliant product. I’ve bought one for every bed.

After a debacle with a cheap replacement. ( see other review)I decided you get what you you pay for.I purchased this blanket and so far Im very happy with the purchase.It appears well made and thick. It warms well and the 3 settings are perfect for my needs.Fitting is easy and the elasticated straps very well thought out.The Heater control is on the LHS of the bed when looking from the foot of the bed.

This seems to be very well mad. The cover is nice and soft and you do not feel any wires underneath.Only 3 heats but on 3 its way too warm. I turned it on 3 and left it for an hour and it was so hot I had to take the covers off to get in the bed.Now the bad.It does take a while to get going.It only has 1 x controller and that is on the left hand side and on a fairly short cable so very hard to access especially if you have fitted sheets.The two buttons on the controller are also very easily pressed with little or no resistance so it can come on very easily which is a worry.Also no timer shutoffIf they made this with 2 controllers and a timer I would happily buy it.At this kind of price it needs to have 2 controllers at least.

Great until it just stopped working after 9 months! I believe no exchange possible now so not recommended

Double is not dual control despite it stating it is in three different places!

Received this yesterday and on opening item to place on the bed have discovered it does not have dual controls as stated. That was one of the main reasons I purchased this one as I feel the cold much more than my husband does so with dual controls we'd be able to heat each side of the bed to our liking. Stuck with it now but very misleading description.Update: after fitting to bed and plugging in it has transpired that it doesn't even heat up so it's pretty useless. Waste of time so returning for refund.

The description misleads you to think that this is made in the UK by saying that their duvet and pillows are made in the UK. This of course is neither. It is Made in China. The manufacturer has even gone through the deliberate avoidance of not specifying the country of manufacture on the box. Despicable, deliberate and untrustworthy avoidance of significant consumer information.
